EXCELLENT Filter
I was worried about buying this as there were a lot of people saying that it leaked and that the filters only last a couple of weeks and at around £20 per filter, I didn't think I'd be able to "run" it.BUT, I have had zero (parden the pun) leaks and I started using it on the 16th April and it is the 8th May today, so around 3 weeks of use and it's STILL showing 0.000 on all 3 of my TDS meters.I wonder if the people who had leak issues were not placing the tap in tightly enough ??? I thought I was going to break it where it had to be almost forced in, but touch wood, it's worked, no leaks. It fits nicely in my fridge and the water itself tastes so good.....I don't know why I would need to, but I would definitely buy again if needed.

Was great until Culligan changed the design.
It’s not perfect but it does what it promises: total dissolved solids go from ~350 to less than 10- even zero.Minor gripes:1: reservoir could be bigger as have to reload 3 times to fill the jug.2: when the filter goes off it goes off quick and smells like ditchwater. Possibly would be less of a problem if fitted in fridge.3: the new filters don’t fit. I bought the jug in May 2025, in July it’s already obsolete. I am reviewing this item not the appalling behaviour of the company. But if you want an alternative to reverse osmosis or distilled water and don’t have high volume demands this was a perfect solution.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT DO NOT BUY THIS
This is the first time I have left a bad review for a product in Amazon. This one is well deserved!!Sad to say that this product is woefully bad. Not bad in the build quality sense, but bad in the sense that it is a HUGE FINANCIAL CON.For a family of 4 this product is going to cost you no less than £750 a year, EVERY YEAR, in replacement filters. They don’t mention this anywhere. It is vital that people understand this BEFORE making the purchase. When the filters expire, usually within 2 weeks, they make the water smell and taste like rotted fish and the ppm reading is double what you would get out of the tap.I am sending mine back for a refund as this is a disgraceful misrepresentation and is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.Separately, the customer service from ZeroWater is disgraceful, disingenuous and lays all the blame on the customer.Perhaps if they advertised their products saying “for a family of 4 this product will cost you £750 every single year in replacement filters” they would have NO CUSTOMERS.If I described one of my products to my customer like this I’d be done by Trading Standards for false advertising.

Fantastic
Absolutely brilliant! We are based in West wales and myself and my family have been living of bottled water for 5 years because the water smells strongly of chlorine or ammonia. So as instructed in this amazing devices manual, I tested the tap water and had a reading of 85. After running the tao water through the filter. It reads zero every time! But them we decided to test the bottled water, we had 2 types at the time. Each reading over 300!!!!! Which is way worse then the tap water!!!! I was concerned that maybe if the filters were taking all the bad stuff out, is it taking the good stuff out too... and if so then what can I do to add some good stuff back in. Well I don't think you need to as the water seems perfect but I did a little experiment after researching water. This will blow you away haha. My daughter made up some ice cubes in the freezer using an ice cube tray. She couldn't understand why the ice cubes were so cloudy as she was trying to get clear ice cubes. So after filtering the water I then 'spoke' to the water thanking it and giving my gratitude.... we put the tray in the freezer. The results were incredible!! Clear ice cubes with tiny bursts of what I can only describe as 'light' and beautiful ripple patterns. Please try this experiment yourselves! We made an ice tray and said nothing to the water and a tray of ice cubes expressing gratitude to the water several times. I'm telling you this because with our words we managed to restructure the water. Has water got an awareness? Is it conscious? So do we need to add anything to the water? Absolutely not. Just words of gratitude tht restructured the water! Fun to experiment and definitely a learning experience!!! Great fun to do with the kids! A great water filter!!!!!!

Amazing product I just think I used it wrong
Awesome removed taste of water I noticed when I over filled this device to the point the water couldn’t come through anymore it started tasting funny I’m going to buy more filters and this time not overfill it and hopefully it will last longer this time :D

Reduces TDS as described, but too expensive to run.
I have no issues with the build. The tap did occasionally not quite seal but once we got used to check it was not an issue. However, after reading the guidance on how long a filter should last i can only say that it was very disappointing. My water is not too bad out the tap coming in at under 250ppm. Sure enough the filter took that down to zero, but within 3 weeks the TDS had gone up to 50ppm. That just makes it too expensive to run in my household for price of a filter. So i have returned and will try another brand that on paper guarantees a lot more water passing through before it needs changing. These are ok if you are on your own or can share the cost, but i think 25 gallons a filter based on my tap water is not a enough. Thats said if you buy bottled water it would save you money.

Clear water, but expensive
This model of water jug is so handy and convenient. I have to keep topping up with water as the container doesn't hold much, exactly 1l. The water is really clear and the taste is very much or even more than mineral water, but the filter didn't lasted more than 2 weeks. The tap water in our area is 305, really bad and the filter must be changed more frequently than I hoped for. Therefore we stopped using this jug as it is cheaper to buy mineral water than using these filters. There wasn't even any discount on them on Black Friday!
