I posted a review a while back stating how sad I was towards the lifespan of my treadmill. The company was so nice to work with me and helped me replace it with a new new one even after my warranty ended a few days earlier. It was very easy to work with and finally received it. I'm so happy with treadmill. It's very light weigh , easy to move, good in use. Sometimes when you purchase a treadmill some models are weak and flimsy this was not an issue, it felt strong and well made. It fits in my apartment does not take much space, easy to use and self explanatory. I would highly recommend in purchasing this product , to me its affordable and a good product.

This treadmill was one of those "it has to be too good to be "true" situations. It did take longer than they stated to get here. Was to arrive on a Saturday actually got here the following Tuesday. Which is ok considering it still only about a week. The cost of the unit included the shipping!! Super easy to assemble-so easy. The hardest part was getting it up the steps. After testing it I do notice that the belt likes to drift. They have instructions for that and am hoping that it isn't something I will have to do each time. This is why I scored it a bit lower. Overall, pretty happy with it.

My 11 year old got it into her head that she wanted a treadmill for Christmas. After doing a lot of research we decided on Serene Life Model SLFTRD30. On Amazon they had a $30 off coupon which made it even better. It came quickly in the mail and was very easy to set up. Christmas morning came and y daughters eyes lit up. We’ve had it almost 3 weeks and she has ran everyday as had the rest of our family of 5. It has several programs for beginners as well as those who who are trained runners. It also keeps up with your heart rate and calories burned. My favorite things about it are that the tread is wide. A lot of them were 12” and very narrow to run on. I also love that my 11 year old daughter can change the incline by herself as well as fold it up and move it. We also like the iPhone/iPad holder for music. We cannot run without music!! This treadmill seems very durable. A great treadmill at a great price! Our family ages are 42, 36, 13, 11 & 9.

First, I bought this and it arrived at my house shattered in pieces like the box had exploded. What a nightmare getting a return scheduled for this thing, which I had to lug in pieces into my house in the pouring rain while I waited the few days it took to get a pickup for the return. But, amazon is awesome and they made it as easy as they could. I was still so set on this particular one, that I went ahead and ordered a new one. Second one also arrived with a banged up box and with lots of plastic pieces broken. But this time, it still functioned, thank goodness. Now the machine. Whoever engineered this should think about a career change. There is no Bluetooth as advertised, instead there is an mp3 jack. See image. There is a start/ stop button on the hand rest, exactly where you would happen to rest a hand which SUCKS to accidentally press while you’re in the middle of a run and it is extremely easy to accidentally do! See image. Also, the two hand rests are strangely narrow and an I've never had a problem with whacking my hands/ arms on any other treadmill but I have that issue here. The pulse rate doesn’t work... every time I use it, it bounces from 79-82 while my apple watch shows 160. That’s not just a little off. Also, it sounds like it’s going to break when I run in it. I’ve tried to ensure all is level and nothing is loose, but it sounds like it’s going to snap with every step I take (reassuring, eh?) Otherwise the speed and elevation work, but I’m not sure how accurate they are. They seem ok.

I purchased this treadmill back in April. No complains about it, except I couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work but maybe I just couldn’t figure it out. Everything worked great no issues with it. It was easy to assemble, although I did need help unboxing it because it was heavy. After I got it setup it worked beautifully. The auto incline worked great, it felt like you were on a hike. Four months after purchasing the treadmill the console stopped working. It just wouldn’t turn on, I’m not sure why. I contacted the company’s customer support and they walked me though possible solutions on how to fix the issue. After not being able to fix the issue they were able to offer me a replacement treadmill. There was no hassle. The representatives were political and helpful. It took about 4 days for the replacement treadmill to get here after they verify and approved the replacement. Overall, I had a good experience with the treadmill and their customer support.

Very good treadmill. Has all the features I wanted - variable speed, computer console with distance, calories, time, speed, and pulse rate read outs. There are many running programs on the computer. Has a magnetic safety clip-on which will stop the treadmill if one stumbles or falls. Also has a manual incline capability with four positions. It took a couple of hours to assemble and set it up, but the instructions were mostly clear and accurate. Instruction booklet had a few errors (like bolts that were supposed to be loosely in place on the machine but were in a plastic bag, and calling flat washers plastic nuts) but nothing fatal. Machine works well and allows me to exercise inside in relative comfort when the weather is lousy. Comes with a book holder so a good book can be read if watching TV is not an option.

Great foldable treadmill. Have not yet tried it fully. It was pretty easy to put together, although I had some issues at first connecting the display stand to the upright arms. In the end it went together without much effort. Great item!

The treadmill is amazing considering the price. It’s light and it can be carried easily- if the need be. It was easy to put it up and dismantle. It works well. The belt is smooth. It can track calorie, heart rate etc. A perfect treadmill for some to beat the sedentary lifestyle and doesn’t take much of space.

I got it via Purorators and the packaging was nice and sturdy to keep everything intact. Assembly was very simple and it was ready to go in very short time. all of my family members are using this and we are happy so far, everything works as expected. We don't use them for jogging, mostly for walking or hiking sort of exercise.

The delivery of this treadmill took a week longer than it originally stated. When delivered we were not notified or called, it was just left outside our apartment door for anyone to grab. The box arrived damaged.Once we opened the box, the corner of the motor cover was broken off. We were only given a half a bottle of the treadmill oil. The digital panel looks like it was owned previously as the USB port looks worn.It was easy to assemble, and works good. Best feature is its sturdy and folds up nice.Overall experience was poor.
