My 3 year old and I had great fun over Christmas playing with all the little tools and building little bits and bobs out of this kit. As he always wants to be like daddy and have his own tools I thought this would be perfect for him and it was. I thought the quality was good as there fairly robust as I can’t imagine him breaking them any time soon. Generally pleased with this purchase

I suggest you open this before giving it as a present.Previous reviewers have mentioned poor glue. On first opening the box it can be seen that the block holding the elastic has come off. I can glue it back on easily enough but it would have been disappointing to give this as a broken present. On the upside, the box is otherwise well made and the tools look fun for a toddler. A nice touch was a sheet of stickers which I wasn’t expecting.

This has had hours of daily play and still looks as good as new. Lots of tools to play with and lots of bits and pieces to create projects. Firm favourite in our house and highly recommended.
