Normally it's pretty easy to spot questionable supplements. Misspellings, poor packaging, missing product information, obvious flaws in the product, etc. A little research can go a long way, and with this "Bronson Basics Biotin" it passed all the checks - legitimate company (US based), secure packaging (including shrink wrap cap and foil protector), spelling good, all contact info available, lot number/expiration date information, full list of ingredients, etc.While I can't test for potency, all indicators are green for legitimacy and manufacturing quality. This was a refreshing change and I'm confident enough to be taking this supplement every day.

My hair is thinning out and falling from bleaching constantly. I got the 10k mcg and it made my scalp uncontrollably itchy to where I couldn’t take it anymore. I don’t think it’s a product thing I just think it was too much for my body to handle. Got the 5k mcg and have had no itchy scalp. My fingernails seem to be growing quickly also which is awesome! I have a hard time swallowing pills but these are small enough that I’m able to which is great!

It works!
I've always had thick hair as it runs in the family. But as a senior I noticed my hair getting thinner and shedding alot.
