My son is 5’10 130lbs in size 11 shoe. He’s a freshman in high school and captain of his basketball team. He has had ankle and knee injuries in the past. I’ve been searching for insoles that would help him and be comfortable. I just happened across these and really thought they would be a good fit. Put them in and he was immediately in love. I might actually have to buy a pair for his non basketball shoes since his basketball shoes are only worn on court. He even swears they help him jump higher. (I don’t know if they actually do though lol) They’re extremely comfortable and fit true to size. They do not slip up and down in the shoe either. Literally a perfect fit. They provide all the support he needs. He has also been playing a lot better as well. Very well designed. Don’t hesitate. Just buy them. Definitely worth the money.

I’ve had these for a a little over a month, playing volleyball in them about 2-3 times a week. The first shoe I tried them in was the Nike Hyperace 2, and they completely changed the shoe for me. The cushioning and responsiveness of the shoe improved greatly, and the overall impact protection improving meant no more pain in my knees. The other shoe I wore these in were the Way of Wade: Son of Flash. I hadn’t tried these shoes with their stock insole, breaking in the shoe with this insole so I can’t really compare the difference. I wore a half size up for this shoe and the insole still fits great, no sliding in the shoe. At this point, the insole was more broken in, and the more stiff arch support that I was feeling in the Hyperaces was less apparent. Though at this point I realized the foam of the insole was starting to bleed out into my shoes. Now every pair of shoes I have are being stained red from the insoles’ foam. I wouldn’t really care, but it’s starting to stain my socks and I just don’t think this should be happening for a product of this price. It’s a minor nitpick in an overall quality product, but something I feel shouldn’t be an issue.

I was worried they’d feel too thick, but they fit well and actually helped with my arch pain. Good mix of cushion and firmness.

They molded quickly to my shoes and feel stable even during quick cuts and jumps. My knees and ankles aren’t as sore after long training sessions. Definitely more supportive than standard insoles.
