Worked as intended!
Worked as intended! We have since lost our sweet kitty due to respiration issues, but even on her worse days, this inhaler attachment made it much easier to help get the medicine into her lungs.Easy to clean and use.

Didn't work
I have to give 1 star because I couldn't use the item at all. First of all the cat sized attachment was still too big for my small Pomeranian dog. So I attached an old smaller end piece I had onto it and the air flow indicator flapper barely moved to indicate anything was even working.

Hard to tell if it's working
Seems like it's good, though I'm not sure if the medication is actually getting to my cat. My oldest cat has asthma so I give him this daily but he's had attacks anyway, so I'm not sure if it's working exactly the way it should.
