Does a great job on two floors!!!
Simple installation (don’t be scared!) and I’m kind of shocked at how well the scent disperses into our HVAC system and then evenly distributes on two floors of our house. Initial set up was super easy and worked great instantly and we tested out our scent. I then ordered a full bottle of the hotel scent and after putting that in, something happened and it wouldn’t take a schedule.I didn’t have time to deal with it so I made my wife deal with it. After tinkering with it and agreeing with me that it wasn’t my fault… she called support and got immediate help from an agent named Ray who worked her through a simple factory reset.App up and working and I’m sitting here in my office and could actually tell when she got it working. It’s really really nice having your house noticeable smell like Le Blanc. The scent is not cheap so time will tell how long a full bottle lasts when we get our settings dialed in.

Update: Still avoid! Does not work well at all.
Update: They contacted me about my review and told me to increase the frequency of the work time of the unit. The settings I was using already was using a bottle every 2 weeks ($100 per bottle!!) but I changed to their suggested settings which made the bottles run out in about 10 days for each one and my house is only 1300SF. So I spent $200 in 20 days doing something that Air Wick can do better for a year for half that cost. And because I kept giving Levona the benefit of the doubt and trying their settings, I ran out my refund window and can’t even return this junk. So again, like I said below, don’t waste your time with Levona. Their system doesn’t work and they’ll run out your refund window having you experiment with expensive settings if you try them.I can’t recommend this thing to anyone. I just ordered one more bottle of oil, I will clean the diffuser with a 50/50 mix of alcohol and water like the FAQs says to do and give it one last chance to work but so far this has been a waste of money. It is expensive to operate and doesn’t do what it advertises at all. I’ve tried doing everything suggested in the FAQs but nothing works. And yes, it is connected to the correct duct on the HVAC system. The only way to even get an extremely subtle scent throughout the house is by turning up the diffuse time to 60 second bursts with a 90 second rest. Anything less than that and the smell won’t blow around the house and the smell won’t last long in the house. But at those settings, a bottle of oil doesn’t even last 2 weeks and since a bottle of oil is $100/each, this thing isn’t worth the cost to use. It’s cheaper to just use AirWicks all over the house. In other words, save your money and just stick to plug-in AirWicks around the house.

Easy set up, set your scent level and enjoy
Great product. Works fabulous and very easy to set up. Pick your favorite scent and off you go. House smells like a high end hotel. “My Way” is my absolute fav scent.

Disappointing Experience with Levona Scent LavandaI
Purchased the Levona Scent Lavanda with high hopes of having a fragrant and inviting home. This product, designed to connect with the HVAC system and boasting a coverage area of 6000 sq. ft., seemed like the ideal solution. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.Initially, the device functioned for a couple of weeks, but soon after, it began to falter. The scent, rather than diffusing evenly throughout the house, was noticeably present only near the return vent. This was a significant letdown, considering the product's promise to seamlessly integrate with the HVAC system for widespread fragrance dispersion. The cost of the essential oil required for this machine is another downside. The oil is extremely expensive, and considering the poor performance of the device, it felt like a wasted investment. What compounded my frustration was the gradual decline in the machine's efficacy. Over a few months, its coverage shrank drastically, barely managing to scent 2500 sq. ft., let alone the advertised 6000 sq. ft.The final blow came when the machine stopped working altogether. This left me with an unused bottle of expensive oil, rendering my initial investment of $150 even more disappointing. The idea of a home filled with the soothing aroma of lavender remained unfulfilled, and the machine, instead of being an asset, turned into an expensive and ineffective piece of equipment. In conclusion, the Levona Scent Lavanda did not live up to its promises. Its limited scent coverage, high running costs, and eventual breakdown make it a product I cannot recommend. If you're considering this product for your home, you might want to explore other options that could offer better value and reliability.

Working Period/Pause Period is key to this unit.
We haven’t had the Levona Whole House diffuser for long and will need even more time to give it a full review, but for now a few key things we’ve noticed in how well it works, depends on how often your AC runs, rather your house is one story vs 2 story, the square footage of your home, and the work setting times the diffuser is set to.Set up was simple and a lot easier to use the app than the manual on the unit.We live in Florida, our AC runs pretty often, and our home is a split level house with a walk out basement. Upstairs, is where the main living is done. Kitchen/main living room/3 bedrooms/etc.We started off with the factory set times and it just didn’t diffuse to the upstairs like we had hoped or even imagined. Our basement holds a steady temp so a lot of the vents downstairs aren’t opened completely and some rooms they’re even closed. We then tried and set it to Run 60/ Pause 240 and it was simply “ok.”We now have it set for Run 90/ Pause 240 and it seems to be the best setting for the scent for our homes sq footage (3000sq ft two story.)How much scent fluid we use in a month… is unknown as of now. I’ll update this in 30 days or sooner if we run out.Hope this honest review helps someone else.
