Last section is warped.
The item came neatly wrapped in company sheath, and packing sheet plastic. The assembly was easy...but what is all the white powder? I did not like the last section to be warped. I hoped they would send me a new piece for the warped section by the rubber tip. The promised extra rubber tip is 3/4"... not 1/2". It does not fit.

Disappointed
Honestly, I’m not sure why there are so many positive reviews for this cane. I mean, there is a couple of buyers that were raving about it, but I guess we all have different tastes. I will say that I loved the handle and have no complaints about it. It is definitely the best part of the cane. Overall, it’s just not good quality. As you could see in the pictures where the wood meets the handle and also the blemishes that you see in the pictures. Instead of sending it back, I decided to sand it down and paint it with a hammered paint. At least now it will serve my purpose which is a costume event.

Needs Better Quality Control and A More Accurate Product Description
First the good news. I ordered this cane because I liked the look of the handle, and it looks just as good in person as it does in the product pictures. Now the not so good news. As can be seen from the pictures, the brass part of the ferule (bottom of the cane) had a dent in it, and the wood at the bottom is split. I removed the ferule and split is even more obvious. The cane is still usable but points off for shipping a damaged product. The product description says the cane is "adjustable". The only way I can see to adjust its height is to remove the middle section, which is 11 inches long. So, for many people, the cane will either be too long (38" from tip to top as measured by me) or 27" without the middle section.
