I'm currently in the hospital and it's noisy all night and I was not sleeping well - not so great for healing! These headphones absolutely saved my sleep. The band is cool and soft, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. I listen to calming/healing/sleep guided meditations through an app on my phone, and that's enough to quiet background noises enough that I fall asleep. I do have my phone volume up all the way (or almost), so these headphones aren't super loud. I wouldn't say these headphones block all the noise, but with the meditations, it's enough for me. On particularly noisy nights, I play 8 hour rain or campfire sound effects through Spotify, and I find the headphones comfortable enough to wear all night. I'd recommend these for anyone in the hospital or other noisy sleep situations.

These are just great - and a great Black Friday deal. They are so comfortable- I bought so I could listen to ‘a great nights sleep’ module and fall asleep to. The speakers are small and flat so as someone who sleeps on her side I couldn’t feel them. Sound quality is good. They stay in place all night. So I can put another morning inspiration module on when I wake up. Can’t be washed as electronics sewn in but I guess if needed could wipe over with damp cloth. Can’t see a downside.

I purchased these to wear to bed because my husband snores. They work well, and are much better than wearing actual headphones to bed. These lay flat and are comfortable.
