Excellent product and customer service.
The pillows are very full and the cover and finishing seems to be very good. Plus they were a very fair price for longer length pillows. Also the customer service was very responsive when there was an issue to do with delivery which was no fault of theirs. Would use this company again.

I like the feel of them under my head nonetheless
They are lovely and soft but a tiny bit narrower than expected, maybe because they are longer it just looks that way but my pillow case is a tiny bit loose. I like the feel of them under my head nonetheless.

Fine for light use
OK but not amazing. Bouncy and full, but not quite in the right way, somehow. Super cheap, so fine as guest pillows or for light use.

Firm Pillow
I like a firm pillow and these kept their shape without your face sinking into the pillow itself, coupled with the fact they are huge. Used to use 2 pillows to watch TV in bed, now 1 is just as effective a back rest
