Water tastes goid
I’ve got this because I like the idea of filtering water rather than keep buying, bottled water , really good for our family is quite big so I could’ve done with a bigger but saying that the product itself worked well , it’s fitted in my fridge door so it’s great for keeping it. Cool, on the downside I would’ve liked it to be a different colour only because my kitchen is darker so I don’t really have any white equipment, I think for the price could’ve been slightly better plastic feel a little bit cheap, but it worked well that was easy to use and did what it sai

Great - but costly filters
This is fantastic. Didn't realise how bad our tap water taste until I got used to having this filtered water. Perfect for keeping in the fridge, fits snugly into our door. Filters very quickly compared to the standard trickle filters we've had in the past. Very easy to fill, very easy to operate and just as easy to charge. Charge also seems to last a surprisingly long time. Overall quailty is high, as always, you get what you pay for. With would be an easy five star item we're it not so expensive to replace the filters. They state each filter lasts around 500L which is plenty, but could get costly over time. Regardless, great product and would recommend

Water tastes fresh
The built quality is excellent; a bit heavy, sturdy, and seems to last long, as long as the replacement filters are available. It's straightforward to operate, and the battery lasts a long that's essential for me. The water tastes fresh and tastes different from the tap water. The size is perfect for a person or two; however, I need to refill the water too often for my family of five. The White colour looks a bit plasticky; It could be much better if It also came in Black to match my kitchen decor. Another niggle is that the product comes with a DC USB cable, which is not easily available in my house to replace if it breaks. It's a bit expensive for what it is, though.I hope this review helps you to make a purchasing decision.

Great for storing in fridge after filtering.
I don’t really see the benefits of filtering water but I understand the basic prospect behind it. This jug is sized just right to fit into the fridge door and it does filter water quite fast. My daughter will only drink water if it’s cold so that’s my main purpose for it.Operating the filter is straight forwards with the single button. It also has two LED’s to let you know of a) the battery and b) whether it’s on.The charging USB cable charges it quick enough but the connector is a DC jack style so if you lose or break it, it wouldn’t be super easy to replace.Overall I rate this good, due to its usefulness and filtering method but it feels a little bit on the cheaply made side which isn’t that good considering the price.

Water tastes crisp and fresh - worth the price and cartridge costs.
AQUAPHOR J. Schmidt 500 Power Pitcher: I live in a hard water area and even using a regular jug filter doesn’t really deal with the heavy, chemically taste of our tap water, even though it reduces the limescale in the kettle. So I’m ashamed to say we use bottled water for drinking but I was hoping this filter jug might be an answer to that problem. The Walter filter jug comes well packaged and contains a very clear information booklet, so no problems in getting this up and running. It took about 3 hours to charge the filter motor fully. There are a couple of design issues from my perspective:- you need to ensure that each segment is sitting properly and clicked into place, where appropriate, otherwise the lid, which contains the motor, won’t fit securely and as it’s quite heavy is at risk of falling off during use and potentially damaging its main feature.- unlike most filter jugs you don’t have a filler port via the lid so need to take the lid off to fill and again due to its weight and no firm place to grasp it I’ve almost dropped it a couple of times and once off if placed on its top will activate the motor.- thepump will force through all of the water in the reservoir, therefore need to ensure that the jug is almost empty or only part-fill the reservoir otherwise it’ll overflow (flooded my kitchen counter)- it gushes out of the spout a little when you pour.Moan over, they’re just technical issues to manage! The jug itself works as advertised, it looks smart and takes under 1 minute to filter just over 1 litre of water. The jug itself is like any other and went through my dishwasher (cooler wash) without problems. It has Clear indicator lights to highlight battery level and cartridge usage, however due to the motor I suspect it’s not advisable to put it in the fridgeI’m happy to say that the water tastes so much better than my regular filter jug, its crisp and fresh. At £59.99 it seems quite expensive but given the addition of a chargeable motor and a £30 cartridge included I’d say its comparably fairly priced. I think replacing the cartridge will work out a bit more expensive than my regular filters. I’m guesstimating a cartridge will last my family about 5-6 months, so at £30 it’ll be a bit more pricey the average £25/6 months I currently spend but hoping I’ll save that on not buying bottled water going forward. It’s good quality and effective and on the whole I’m very pleased with it!

tasty water but can become quite pricey to maintain
This water filter is a great size and holds a good amount of water. We live in a hard water area so I've always used a water filter jug which I found much more affordable than buying bottled water. The jug seems sturdy and well made, the handle is chunky an it's very easy to pour.I've taken a star off as replacement filters are on the pricey side and depending on how much water you filter, it can be a bit expensive to maintain.

Good water filter
The media could not be loaded. This is a neat water filter, it feels the part.I wanted a water filter as we live in a hard water area, and the water straight from the tap doesn't always look great. This micropump powered water filter purifying pitcher. 2.8L. Says it eliminates virus's, bacteria, chlorine and heavy metals, also microplastics....it does the job perfectly, my Hubby has recently been diagnosed with diverticulitis, and is supposed to drink water but never does, so l fill this up first thing in the morning, and expect it to be empty by the time l get home!I think the water tastes better, and l've tried to drink more water too, and not buy so much bottled. We are getting used to using it on a regular basis and are happy with it.
