I definitely have already recommended this company to my friends. The price is amazing because the quality is for sure 5 stars. This company engraves the bottle to a T and has different options for font and whatnot. Im especially happy about the customer service interaction. I personally didn't have an issue, however UPS made mistake and sent me someone else's engraved bottle set that was clearly for a fathers birthday. I did also receive my order in a different box. Its was packaged so securely with bubble wrap and foam. The person was very helpful when thinking i didnt receive my initial product. They were so willing to make it again and send it out. So sweet!

Great business/customer service/products
There was a mix-up with a letter on the engraving (mostly my fault for not understanding how to order) and when I asked about it they responded right away, offered to replace the item, and even though I offered to pay for the second one they sent it for free. Was very happy with the quality of product and super happy the second one said what I wanted. We will order from them again!

Wording could have been bigger
The monogram was entirely too small for my standards but the couple really enjoyed their gift. Overall it was nice.
