Old-school productivity meets new-school design
I’ve used a lot of timers in my day , from wind-up kitchen ones that sound like a smoke alarm having a nervous breakdown to fancy apps that promise focus but mostly deliver distraction. This little gadget actually does the job. Flip it, set it, and get to work. No fussing with menus, no scrolling through settings like you’re trying to launch a rocket. I use it for my Pomodoro sessions, stretches, even when I’m cooking. It’s small, solid, and has just enough beep to get your attention without making the dog think the world’s ending. Battery life could be better, but I charge it with my phone in the morning and it’s good to go. All in all , a clean, clever, no-nonsense tool that helps keep my easily-distracted butt on track. If you need something that looks good on your desk and actually keeps you moving, this one’s worth the coin.

Small and mighty
I’m still making the Pomodoro timer a habit but the times I’ve used it have been great. It is well made and the timer works instantly when you place it down. Bright display and loud alarms keep you in check. I love how it’s small and portable. It’s a good value for the money I’d say.

Perfect except for the numbers are upside down
UPDATE: Still 4 stars. Been using for a couple of weeks constantly. I just use the "52" and 5 minute timers. The flashing and volume and countdown screens are just what I wanted and I'm pleased with them both. The "hold" feature is essentially worthless because unless you have the hand-eye coordination of a safe cracker, when you try to restart the time, you will "roll" it to another timer and just start over. I was thinking the battery is fine because it shuts off pretty quickly when not in use. However, just now, I'm getting the low battery warning, and I just charged it the other day. You can for sure get three work days of use between charges. INITIAL REVIEW: Using this product is pretty simple. It is well built and feels like a quality product. However, I've taken one star off because the timer numbers are, in my opinion, upside down. One side of the timer has the color countdown clock. This is great! However, when the device is pointed where you can read the countdown clock, the big numbers are upside down. That means that I use the "52" all the time instead of 25. It is only an aesthetic thing now. Also, undocumented as far as I can tell, is that when the timer goes off, it flashes and beeps a few times then shuts up instead of beeping forever until you shut it off! Then after a period of time that I've not measured, the device turns off automatically thus saving the battery. OH, it also only took less than an hour to charge when I first got it. It blinks when it is charging, and stops blinking when it is charged.

It was 3 years since I bought this and still using it. Great product.
Truly gamechanger for my daily tasks

Easy to use
I'm glad it's small because it doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk. Came partially charged, so I was able to use it right out of the box. Very easy to use, just flip it over to the time you want. No app needed or anything, which I appreciate it because I didn't have to spend any extra time to set up an account or anything to use it. Literally just open the box and you can use it right away. Also, shipping was very fast.

Timer appears tilted on most settings.
I've been using this timer now for almost a year and overall, it's pretty good. The small size, clear display, and ability to recharge via USB-C are some of my favorite features. Before using this timer, I had a much larger version of rotating timer I loved, but I found the display to be hard to see at times because it didn't stay backlit during the countdown. This colorful display is much easier to read. One disappointment is that the display itself does not rotate on every countdown setting - see photo - so you have to tilt your head to read the time. I most frequently use 15 and 25 minutes, and these are both 'tilted.' For the price I paid for this device ($35) having the time be vertical should be standard on every side (my other, cheaper timer had this feature built in). There are a lot of useful functions built in, but I've found using them by remembering the function of all the buttons or orientation to be confusing and unhelpful. I literally keep the printed manual on my desk to remember how to do things. For example, when a timer runs out, it blinks endlessly. My old timer simply timed out after blinking for about 5 seconds when the timer ended. This one, the display stays active and you have to remember HOW to turn it off. There are other functions like pausing the timer or counting up instead of down. But I need the manual to remember how to do it - I think instead of multi-function buttons, some standalone buttons would really help a casual user like me. Overall I like the size and colorfulness of this one, but I wouldn't buy it again because of the display rotation.

Great product, AMAZING customer service
I had my eye on this for a while to help with focus sessions at work. I had seen the complaints about flashing and also the sellers’ response to a few questions saying that they’d have a new model with no flashing after a certain date. I waited until that date passed before I ordered, but unfortunately my model still came flashing (which, the other reviews were right, is super distracting especially as the two separate parts/displays are flashing at different speeds.... defeated the focus purpose I bought it for). However!!!! I emailed customer service and not only did they respond SO quickly, they also did in fact immediately and without hesitation send the new model. When I first got it today I was nervous it was accidentally another flashing model because the model number on the back was the same as the first one I received, but nope - it is an updated one and I LOVE it now that it is no longer obnoxiously flashing. The noise level options are great and I appreciate that it has the pre-set times as well as allowing for you to set other amounts of time and a timer function if placed upside down. The only thing that could potentially make this better is if the time display stayed centered regardless of which side you lay it on (on some numbers it’s sideways). Hardly matters in the slightest though, it’s not like you’re having to bend over backwards to see it or anything lol maybe takes an extra .002 seconds of processing time so not really an issue. I also do think the battery seems to wear down slightly quicker than anticipated BUT these things are truly hardly problems at all - overall, I’d recommend this product in a heartbeat. Especially for anyone wanting to utilize the pomodoro method!! Seriously perfect for that and genuinely can’t beat their customer service. Thank youuu!

Tiny display, horrible alarm sound, high price, and smooth ABS surface that's a fingerprint magnet
If you constantly change between time settings on your Pomodoro timer and find the effort required to do so annoying, you might find this timer fits the bill. But if cost, reasonably pleasant alarm sound, legibility of display, or portability are important to you, I'd look elsewhere, particularly since there are now much better options available. This timer looks really cool in the product photos, but I didn't find it as cool in actual use. I've gone back to using my old timer, a Yunbaoit study timer, which isn't as cool looking but works better in all respects and is about half the price. This is a decent (though expensive) Pomodoro timer if --you only use study intervals of 3, 5, 10, 15, 25 and 30 minutes --you change frequently between these time intervals and don't want to have to reset your timer, and --you want a loud alarm but don't frequently need a highly-visible display to check the remaining time before the alarm sounds. If you frequently check the time before the alarm sounds, I think you'll find that the very small (5mm or 0.2" numbers) and rather dim display that shows the numbers at an angle (unless set to 3 or 30 minutes) takes more of an effort to read than most timers. This can be an issue for me because I find that the additional effort further breaks my concentration while studying. I intensely disliked the loud, jarring sound, which (even at the softest setting) was exactly like the alarm on a Kidde smoke detector. The timer has a few other less serious limitations. The 1.9" x 1.8" x 1.7" size makes it less convenient to transport in a bag or pocket than a flat timer. The flashing alarm, which just lights up the numbers, isn't especially noticeable, so you're effectively stuck with the loud audible alarm. The glossy ABS plastic, at least on the silver-colored model, is an absolute fingerprint magnet, looks gross pretty quickly, and requires water and effort to clean. My fingers produce relatively little oil and I don't have this problem with other things--I can go for weeks without having to clean my iPad display. The construction quality is OK but it's plastic (and feels like plastic) rather than metal. The controls are reasonably straightforward but changing the time (other than between the presets) is easier on other timers I've used. I don't think the black face is particularly attractive when the alarm is off due to the triangular shape of the buttons and the USB-C port being on the front rather than on the rear. It looks nicer when on, but all of the items on the display (besides the numbers) are a bit confusing. And, for some reason, the numbers on the sides face towards the back, which makes them upside down when you're looking at the timer from the front. Why all the good ratings when I am rating this a one star? I read a few of the five-star ratings and noticed two things. First, most have never used a Pomodoro timer before and thought this was much better than using a watch or some timing device. So it was the idea of a Pomodoro timer that they liked but they weren't in a position to compare this timer to other Pomodoro timers on the market. Second, most of the high ratings come with very short reviews that aren't very detailed. Compare that to the one-star reviews, most of which are very detailed. Before I buy a product I always check the one-star reviews. If they are silly--like complaints about packaging or delivery--or are by a customer who's disappointed that the product doesn't meet his or her very specific, unusual requirements, I just ignore them. But when the one-star reviews are very detailed and convincing, I usually pass on the item. I didn't follow my own advice in this case and regret the purchase.

Really wanted to like this thing
I was really excited for this to arrive. Love the size and looks ok. It's in the premium price range for its competition, and for that, at minimum, I would expect the display to automatically rotate based on the side you're using. It's only properly aligned when using 30 and 5 min modes. I wish it didn't irk me as much as it does so I could give a proper rating for the rest of its features

Good timer, sadly no pause function though
This might be a knockoff product. If you go to the actual Ticktime site they're showing micro USB charging. Same thing if you look up review videos on YouTube. It's honestly an upgrade so I'm not complaining but thought it was worth noting. The timer itself functions well aside from the lack of pause functionality. I watched a review video where the reviewer stated that it would pause and then resume the time. I didn't even notice that he didn't show it resuming the time and just assumed he was telling the truth. Apparently, this is not the case. It will pause the timer if you turn it up but it does not resume the time when you put it back down, it resets from the beginning. Kind of annoying if you sometimes get interrupted by packages coming to the door for example. I spoke with the seller about it and they did mention it would be a future update so maybe it's something that will be available in the future...

Ticktime Pomodoro Timer Cube – Magnetic Hexagon of Productivity
I didn’t know I needed a tiny magnetic cube to boss me around, but here we are — and honestly, I kind of love it. The Ticktime Pomodoro Timer is like a personal time coach that doesn’t yell or judge you. Just flip it so the number of minutes you want is facing up (3, 5, 10, 15, 25, or 30), and boom — instant countdown. No fiddling with apps or getting sucked into the black hole of your phone. I have ADHD, so focus can be… let’s say "adventurous." This little guy keeps me locked in and actually makes doing stuff kinda fun. It’s great for work, studying, chores, or pretending to do chores while you stare into the void for 15 minutes. Bonus: it’s magnetic. Mine lives on the side of a metal shelf like some kind of helpful productivity goblin. Also, the adjustable sound and mute mode is clutch — I can use it in silence or let it give me a gentle “HEY, TIME’S UP” beep. Pros: No app, no distractions — just flip and go. Actually makes me start tasks I’ve been avoiding since 2012. Doesn’t make weird ticking sounds like old-school timers (so no horror movie flashbacks). Cons: You may feel personally attacked when it goes off and you're still staring at your coffee. Bottom line: If your brain needs a little structure (or a lot), and your phone is more of a temptation than a tool, this cube is worth it. It’s the most fun I’ve ever had being told what to do by an inanimate object.

Love it!
This podomoro timer works well for this ADHD girl! I'm way more productive and less distracted when I use this timer. I write out a to do list then use the timer to keep me on task. USB chargeable too!
