With all honesty I have had a ridiculous blood pressure. I was tired of my blood pressure being high and my Doctor wanted me on pills. Every pill have side effects. I have only been taking this for about a week. I took a baseline reading of my blood pressure before starting and will give it a month before retesting to see if there were any substantial change. However the ingredients are natural and the pill is easily swallowed. No adverse effects have been felt so that's a good start
