Wow when we bought the machine we were not expecting to be so good. I have to clean a lot of 1 acre full of trees. This chainsaw have been working AMAZING no issues !! I highly recommend it nice price and quality !

Very impressed with this saw. Didn't start on the first pull but it did fire up and do a pretty heavy duty job. A little heavy but I balanced that off with the increase power (55 CC). Great saw for the money.

It’s a no frills chainsaw! Easy to assemble, easy to start, easy to maintain! The chain is a little flimsier than I would like, the teeth are smaller and not as thick as other 20” chains! Keep a regular maintenance routine, remove the covers, & air filter, and clean it regularly, always check fuel & bar oil levels, and it will treat you good! I’m happy with it for my needs, clearing yards!

Does not start, leaks oil , junk and trying to make a return is really hard. Junk! Do not do business with this company

I have never had a decent saw. I won't use a lot but had some medium size trees to cut in my yard.This thing cut them like butter! I did not want to spend too much money.I followed the start instructions on Youtube and it started just like they said. I have adjusted the chain since.My experience has been great so far.

Overall very satisfied. Only complaints would be the tension adjustment is kind of a pain to work with, and the blade sometimes starts spinning when starting without depressing the trigger, which is a safety hazard.

Change the fuel line that goes into the tank. Mine turned to mushy soft rubber. No way it was going to get fuel.
