Works well, but no directions in English on bottle
It's a good thing I kept the box because everything written on the bottle was in Korean. I had to get out of the shower to read the box, which said to leave it on for a few minutes. Had I not read that I would have rinsed it right after washing my hair, as I do with other shampoos. That said, my hair did feel good afterwards. It's too early to see any 'health' or 'hair retention' benefits.

Smells wonderful, makes hair soft
This smells lovely, and does a great job of gently cleaning my hair and scalp. My hair is really soft and shiny after it dries. This is a lovely shampoo. Korean beauty products are of the highest quality. This is lovely for long hair.
