Good value product
Very pleased with the quality of these when tried them on. They exceeded expectations and appear to be excellent value having a solid colour on a good thickness material. As with many one piece overalls these days on an over 6' 2" broad shouldered chap, they are very slightly hard to get on and perhaps would benefit from an extra inch body length to make that easier. However, when on they are a comfortable and smart fit.

Tall guys, I'm 6'4"
My measurements:Height 194cm 6'4"Span fingertip to fingertip 204cmInside leg 91.5cm 36" Weight 92kgChest 42"Waist 38"I wanted a boiler suit for a Michael Myers Halloween costume, and being well above average height I knew I'd have to try a few to find one that fits. The three I tried were: Portwest S999NATXL size XL Tall. Body fits ok, sleeves slightly short but wearable, leg length actually a little long. Thin material, poppers on the front, feels and looks cheap, although this is reflected in the price. Blue Castle 366/BK sizes 46, 48 and 50. Body was too short on the 46 could not even get it on. 48 was too short in the body and sleeves, and the width of the body was huge - it totally drowned me. This boiler suit was much much better quality than the Portwest one and was slightly cheaper as well. More pockets, thicker fabric, zip on the front as opposed to poppers. I wish this had fitted me because the quality for the price was excellent.Dickies WD4839 size 48 long leg. Body fits really well, can wear a couple of thin layers underneath if required. Reaching overhead does bring the crotch into my groin, but this was the same on the Portwest. Mobility is otherwise very good. Quality was superb, as it should be for the price, Sleeves exactly the right length. Legs could do with being maybe an inch longer for my preference but they are very wearable. The body shape flattered me more than the others as well, it seems to be cut to hide my (very slight) belly. None of these were perfect, but between the two wearable ones for my bodytype (Portwest and Dickies), despite being considerably more expensive (£28 vs £19), I much preferred the Dickies. If you're a few inches shorter than me/have a short torso and are of larger build then definitely try out the Blue Castle coveralls. If you're my height then it depends on whether you want slightly longer legs/shorter arms/cheaper price (Portwest) or longer arms/shorter legs/higher quality (Dickies).

Good overalls but small for size stated. Buy substantially bigger
I write this review based on my decades of experiences as a consumer and user of this type of item.I do not like tight clothing. Thus, with items such as overalls like to have room to breath and on occasion bulk up with a hoodie or similar as temperatures dictate.I generally wear 38. With the above in mind I bought a size 44 and it fits and does it’s job but would not fit if I were dressed in more than a pair of lightweight jogging Lonsdale sports trousers and a tee shirt. With all the above said, I bought a size 44 and can get it on but it is tight, Much tighter than it should be.I decided to keep these for use in warm weather and will basically wear over boxers and a tee shirt.I bought a size 48 which should have allowed a greater waist, chest and shoulder width. These fit fine and are doing the job the 44 should be doing.I, being a glutton for punishment and wanting something that will allow me to wear a hoodie thus keep warm during these cold wet winter days ordered a 52”.This is baffling. Plenty more material. Longer and wider arms and legs but no more than a fleas pubic hairs width in difference across waste or chest.I also like enough looseness to enable me to put them on and off without assistance. The material is lightweight in that movement is easy with none of the stiffness that comes with a heavy wearing thicker material until washed and worn with use.Seams appear to be well sewn. Pockets are small and with the tight fit not so easy to use. The zip to the front is two way enabling one to visit facilities without having to loose the top halfThere is also a slit to each side allowing access to trouser pockets.Assessment. Theses overalls will be good for domestic occasional use. They will probably prevent the majority of spills, splashes and muck from skin and clothes. They WILL wear out quickly. The poorest feature is the zip. I suspect that the zip will break especially if put under pressure such as an extra jumper. It appears to be of a cheap type.Thin and more of use on a small child’s jumper than adult overalls. A decent zip would see this as a 5 star product. The size issue is mine but be aware that the overalls are on the smaller side of its claimed size and I would advise a few sizes larger.I have bought a second pair as in 48. These meet all my needs except warm clothing as above.Overall, these overalls, excuse the pun are good. They would be excellent if sizing is sorted properly p

Think big
I needed a replacement boilersuit( coveralls...what’s that?). I was about to order my usual size( XL) and then I had a closer look at the reviews. One chap mentioned having to go up a couple of sizes , after returning one set, which were too small. Now having experience of ‘China sized stuff’. I thought I’d do the same. The worst that could happen was it was too big and I’d have to return it. I ordered a size 50( yes 50) chest.I don’t know who does their sizing but it must be 50cm and not inches! I’m not Jabba the Hutt! Usually a 44 chest. This fitted me perfectly. I could get a fleece underneath and still have room for a bit of movement under the arms and at the shoulders. The legs are about 8 inches too long and the sleeves about four inches too long but bodywise it’s fine, if you’re a big bloke, doing physical work, need room to move, try a 50. Worked for me

Hola! Recomendado!:D
