Zip-Around Saffiano Classic Dome Satchel

I've needed to carry a huge-a** bag for forever because I must carry a boatload of things for work every day: a portable fan, battery charger, batteries, nonalcoholic wipes, earbuds, thermostat, my lunch, water bottle, etc. I used to carry a 16" x 11" x 5.5" leather bag. While it was gorgeous and fit everything, over time I ended up injuring my upper arm muscles (grr). Because I also have ankle, hip, and leg injuries, I walk with a cane and so have resorted to using a roller bag for my work junk and carrying a far more reasonable handbag for my personal everyday items. This is the incredibly reasonable handbag. **Edited 3/8/20: I bought the black ostrich in January 2020, & it was gorgeous, but after several days of using it, I regretfully found it too small for my needs. I returned it (remarkably still in brand-new condition) and bought a similar bag that was about 3” longer and roughly 1” deeper. After 2 months of use, to my surprise, I found that bag too heavy and it was painfully straining my arm muscles. (BTW, I am not a 98-pound weakling. Gee, I wish I approached 98#, as I'm only 5'2". Rather, I have chronic illnesses that cause daily pain, weakness, exhaustion, ad nauseam.) Ok. Evidently I needed to pare down my everyday stuff even more relentlessly. And something about that black ostrich bag still called to me—whether it was the striped lining, the streamlined, structured, and compact style, the flexibly adjustable shoulder/cross-body strap—the image of that bag kept popping into in my head. So I went back to look at this particular bag and found all sorts of gorgeous new colors! I fell in love with the fuchsia, bought it, and at this price point, may buy beige or blush or ostrich red as well. These bags are convenient and versatile to carry; though they are not leather, they are clearly quality; they hold all your essentials (so long as you don’t have to carry your whole life with you, as I once did), and are the perfect size for an everyday bag. I apologize for this tome-length review. I am absolutely in love with this bag, am glad I bought it again, and my sore and creaky body thanks me too. **Update 5/8/20: I now own this bag in fuchsia, beige, blush, and ostrich black. The colors (on my computer, at least) are true as represented. I thought I shouldn't wear it as a crossbody, as I'm a bit thick around the hips, but tried it for the 1st time last night, and it's a perfect way to carry this bag. This is my ideal bag, even though it's a wee bit small to hold my eyeglasses case & my phone at the same time. No big. My quest for the ideal bag is over. I highly, highly recommend this handbag. Thank you, thank you, Fashion Puzzle & Amazon! **Update 8/25/20: I've switched to the black ostrich for fall & winter. Had to show you my new pics. If I weren't now on a fixed income (I'm retired now), I'd happily buy the red ostrich as well. Enjoy your bags, ladies! I know I'm enjoying mine. :)

I just got this bag delivered today and had to write a review. It looks exactly how it’s pictured. I got the light tan and it looks great! Definitely does not look like a bag that costs only $28! It’s very sturdy and is just the perfect size for me as it’s a medium sized bag. It really looks classy and is perfect for everyday! Can’t recommend it enough! I’m already contemplating which other color I should get as I love it that much! You won’t be sorry. 🙂

Quería una bolsa color verde y no la conseguía en tiendas. Esta linda, solo que ligeramente la siento pequeña. En cuanto a calidad esta bien. El modelo ayuda mucho, ya que a pesar del tamaño (forma de maletita) caben bien mis cosas. En general esta linda.

This handbag is well worth it. It is roomy and looks so good. The material is durable and I think it will last a long time. I got the tan orange, a color that goes with everything all year round. I highly recommend it.

PROs: - Good color (had matching Liz [Claiborne] & Co. wallet already) - Good sized interior easily fits a longer (checkbook sized) wallet, cosmetics case, two pairs of eyeglasses, iPhone, car & house keys, miscellaneous flotsam - Wrap-around zipper makes it easy to access any area of the purse - Two good-sized pockets are trimmed nicely and hang between the wall of the purse and the lining (not just some cloth sewed on the outside of the lining and interior of the purse) - one held an iPhone 13 Pro with room, the other held three pairs of eyeglasses (distance, reading, sun in soft cases) - Handles are easy to use and also has adjustable, detachable strap that can be sized to make it a cross-body purse CONs: - Zipper is a bit stiff, but hasn't gotten stuck during several weeks of use, including a week of vacation that involved stuffing the purse more full than usual with extras (extra car keys, hard candy, tickets - hand sanitizer, etc.) - Interior is larger than former purse that had divided interior with 6 extra pockets, so added small cosmetic bag to keep flotsam from rolling around (Dramamine, lipstick, mirror, toothbrush, mini toothpaste, etc.) SUMMARY: Pleasantly surprised how much I like this purse and enjoy using it - would buy again
