A good easy to follow start to quilting

This fantastic for those new to English Paper Piecing like myself. The instructions are clear and so easy to follow. It also has great projects to do from very small to the larger quilt . Well worth the money .

The how to information is very good bit I'm disappointed in the projects. One or two are interesting but they mostly seem to be aimed at things for a mum or grandma to make for children. I know it's just a taste thing but the fabrics used are more traditional and with , for example, rabbits or little girls on them. I know you can use any fabric you want, but as a beginner I would find it easier to be inspired by something more " grownup". A good reference book though.

This is a practical how to book with patterns you want to make and it is inspirational. A good introduction for beginners with plenty To challenge those with experience. A definite must have for anyone who does EPP.
