This product never fails , good product fast delivery although the Amazon drivers need training and stop leaving me other peoples items as I am tired of delivering for them.

Great addition to smart alarm
Purchased 2x panic alarms as additions to my Yale SR-320. Pleased with purchase, extremely easy to add on to existing smart system.

Battery flat, change battery
I've now changed the battery 3 times, but it keeps telling me the battery is flat. Same fault with the door sensors. Absolutely shameful how poorly these last. Never buying Yale again.

I think he people saying this doesn't work may have two problems. Firstly when inserting the battery, slide the battery UNDER the two protruding raised prongs. Don't try and push the battery over he top they will break.Secondly, the panic button needs to be depressed for a few seconds before the light flashes and alarm is activated. You can't just quickly press it.I suspect some users may not have been doing this and assuming it is faulty.

Ensure you place battery in correctly (under terminals first) else you'll damage them. No problems with any of EF Yale products.
