An exquisitely illustrated book by one of Western civilization's greatest artists, Giotto. Excellent reproductions of his paintings. The Nativity story is retold well by Geraldine Elschner in print large enough for young children to read. But the book will be equally enjoyed by adults and is too beautiful to be brought out only at Christmas. It can be paged thru throughout the year with pleasure in such great art.
