Arrived on time. Been using a much larger one to help massage my hamstring. Bought this on recommendation from my physio and have found it to be really good and helpful in treating a very localised area.

The roller is well designed and constructed and easy to use. I use it for massaging lower back and leg muscles.

The handles slide off whenever you apply a lot of pressure to the area you’re massaging. Poor build quality which is a shame because if they were stuck this would be ideal.
