I would like to give this product zero rating. I got this product delivered on 11th January and exactly after 10 days the device started malfunctioning and also was not working properly. I I assumed resume that there was some problem with the cell so I changed the cells but still the remote was not working. Though the TV was working, well, I was using my smartphone app of remote, but it was not working. Well. I was using this remote, which I had ordered now as the exchange time was only till 18th of January and now the remote is not working and also I can’t return the product. So please tell me what to do with this product. waste of money waste of Time.

Remote has no audio connection with TV. Buttons are not working easily and need to press twice or thrice to operate.

Initially I tried to cooned directly. But finally connected with reset of TV. Product is having good quality like MI factory made.

It stopped working after 20 days.Tried all the possibilities as per the manual and the online tips.

I have literally no issues with this remote. If you need a remote go ahead and get this one, it's great

this remote is exactly the same as the factory remote which came with this VIZIO JUNK TV.if you want a good TV, stay away from VIZIO - AND - AMAZON "FIRE" TV - they're both JUNK.but this is about the REMOTE so i'll concentrate on that.this is the first remote i've ever seen for a TV which didn't have a "sleep" button - NONE - even the junky "Fire-TV" remote has a sleep button.and the design - the way it's made is HORRIBLE - the 'bevel' design makes it difficult to hold - i just don't like it at all - BUT - it does work fine - irritating as it is to have to hit "menu" to get to the sleep timer and then go through 5 other steps - and adding insult to injury - looking at this TV - which is still new - one can see where the LED strips are - the placement of them is unmistakable via the light/dark/light/dark lines on the screen, and there's no way to adjust it out - i've tried and even asked in their "chat" if there was a way to rid the screen of those light and dark lines, and of course there is not.

Just slapped batteries in the remote and it worked first try!

I bought this remote to replace the remote that originally came with my Vizio 39 inch TV. The first remote did not work well, the back did not stay on and it is very cheap and light weight compared to remotes for TV's 20 years ago. The new one is light weight as well it works okay but sometimes the center button where is says OK lifts up slightly and I have to push in back down and then it's fine. But overall it's and inexpensive replacement and works better than the old one.
