STRICTLY BEDS&BUNKS Bunk Bed, Beige, Small Double

I love my bed, bought in July 2020 it saved me during the pandemic as I was working from home and needed space in my room for my bed, desk, as well as my craft station and storage.I had a carpenter take some height off the legs to make the drawers fit flush underneath and I painted it gloss white (love love), it voided my guarantee and I was fine with that (my problem if the bed was faulty etc... I made sure all the pieces were there and perfect before doing this)Can't fault the company and the bed is fabulous (it's a small double and only me using it 11 stone 5'9 adult and it's sturdy and it's been perfect for sleeping and chilling on)Great space saving bed, fully recommend!

I bought this bed as a budget safe and storage maximising dorm bed and I'm so thrilled with it! I've had it for a month now and while yes, just as the other reviews say, it is a niiiightmare to put up(I had two extra hand to help me and it still took us HOURS with multiple breaks and undoing and redoing due to the instructions being utter WACK), if done successfully is amazing!I currently have two desks either end underneath the bed to maximize space in my rather small university room and it's just worked a treat allowing me a comfy study zone and space for my things and pets.The mattress, while not the best, is still rather comfortable and bouncy.I don't find the bed wobbles toooo much but I'll admit I was nervous of it at first as I am an adult in my early twenties, at 5'6 and 13-14 ish stone but it's held me up fine so far with no sign of stress in the structure.Very happy!

Really impressed with the quality and the relative ease of putting this together. Really like the idea it is British built and also how every stage of the process, from ordering to delivery and then to constructing was so clearly carefully considered by the company. Some people say that it is wobbly, well if the instructions are followed which clearly say that if should be anchored to the wall, then it feels solid as a rock. I used some timber to secure the bed to the wall and it has worked a treat. Would highly recommend. It frees up a lot of space in a small room. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

Although easy enough to understand the instructions it was difficult to set up with just two of us. i would recommend using an electric screwdriver to speed up the process and i would also recommend getting your own L shaped wall supports to attach underneath the ladder to ensure the sturdiness of it. Ive had it for a few months now and have had to tighten the screws around the bed base once and on the walls twice to feel safer. Overall a good sturdy bed but also a fun den area below to create a nice reading nook and office space.

Been a couple months since I have had it, you might want to tighten it after a weeks use and maybe one more time after that. It did come a bit loose as I used it but I haven't experienced that for a while. Might be an error by me not putting enough glue on the screws.There are a few quality issues that scared me a little but are not/have not been an issue.Assembly: I'm going to be completely honest... I WANTED TO THROW IT OUT A WINDOW. Please make sure you have lots of time and/or competent people to help you build it. It took like 4+ HOURS to build it and a lot of swearing.Surprisingly I can actually sit up fairly comfortably in bed without hitting my head on the ceiling, if you are taller than me (5'9) then it may be a bit less comfortable to sit up in.A little weird to sleep on at first because it does rock a little bit (I'm 80kg, if you are wondering), but you get used to it.Once it was done I was very happy and relieved, it does really help save space and is comfortable.Recently moved house so my room was a little smaller than the last one. I wanted to have a desk set up underneath it as there wasn't enough space for a normal bed and desk as well in the room.

I love this bed, okay it wobbles a bit like all high sleepers, but its well made and is super comfy. Took a little time to get used to being of the ground but it's truly great, and because of having two support rails it doesn't feel like i'm i'm going to fall through. The dimensions are suitable for my room, which is a mediocre adult room and i don't have to worry about hitting my head on the ceiling as the bed height leaves about two to four feet of space. the quality of the wood is second to none, I have not seen high quality wood or materials like this in many years. completely outstanding! The instructions were a little hard to interpret, and i wouldn't recommend building this bed on your own (With two people, it goes much faster), but the overall result of the product and the company's friendly, helpful and informative services was unparalleled. A recommended seller of the highest qualities in my opinion!

It's probably because I assembled it alone that I had an incredibly difficult experience. The instruction was poor and I had to drill new holes as some did not align. It says it can handle 40 stone but I am 8 stone and the frame moves more than I expect it to.

This bed has totally transformed my Daughters bed room, the bed is excellent quality, a bit tricky to build, only bad comment is that the instructions were not good, very difficult to understand, my Daughter learned a lot of new swear words!! But we got it built and she loves it!
