Don't fit the T5 door unless you cut out the old speaker and use the base as a speaker ring. Fitted the tweeter in the door. Good sound even from my dodgy old radio. Recommended at this price, you can't go wrong

I fitted these in a Renault traffic and I must say they are brilliant very easy to install just make sure these are the right size for your vehicle, and make sure they are secured properly otherwise they will come loose as I had this in my van hence why changing them this time. Clarity: Bass is perfect and is clear

Worse bass response than standard ford speakers cones are no way stiff enough but treble is better and goes higher than standard and much more detail and clarety avoid uf you dont have a subwoofer the wire that is included is absolutely rubbish snap it eith your fingers so thin thay may aswell not bother

These so called 180W 4 inch speakers are garbage. I'm replacing 25 year old Clarion 4" 15W OE fit ones, and these are bigger than the so called 180W, the cones and magnets are slightly larger...15W output! I fitted them, connected to my old school Radio/Cd head unit, a Sony with 60W total internal amp...it blew these so called 180W speakers right away. After 5 seconds the sound was distorted and buzzy, flat, tinny...RUBBISH! Amazon needs to get a grip of these crappy Chinese goods, I waited 4 days for delivery, now I have to mess about repacking and taking them to a collection point for return. At least its free but I'll lose 2 hours work, can I reclaim this cost?

Should be a decent set of speakers for the cost. I've purchased all 4 speakers for my truck with Pyle and all 4 turned out good and sound great for my needs, the old factory ones were gone, shot, no good, couldn't even stand to listen to them. So, I decided to buy 4 more for my 02 accord since all of those are factory speakers and are getting old. The one thing I noticed when i recieved these 6x9's was one of the wires off the cone was too short and did not have enough room for cone flexing that a set of speakers like these would require. I uploaded a picture of what I did to resolve this small but "significant" issue. I just simply soldered a small piece of wire too it so it can allow room for flexing. Don't know how or why it was short, but it's not a good idea to leave it that way and not worth the trouble or hassle to return it due to one short wire, the other speaker is just fine. As you can clearly see on the left wire, if I didn't add the piece of wire, it more likely would have been pulled off the terminal while the cone flexed, there was no room for flexing as it was. Outside of that I see no problems with these speakers, I knocked off one star for this issue, I'm sure it was overlooked when they were made, and I've had good results with this brand for my truck. They're not high end speakers and I don't need high end or high volume speakers, those days are over I need my hearing more so, I just need decent sound at a decent cost. Amazon shipping was quick, recieved these one day early, now waiting to receive the 6.5's to go in the doors, they will be in tomorrow... very fast shipping. Update review: after mounting these speakers with my stock stereo, right off I noticed how bad they sounded, it was a bit disappointing. I thought, well maybe I just need a new stereo?... so I purchased a new stereo and the sound improved some but still didn't sound right, no bass too much midrange and very little highs even after stereo adjustments. So then I decided, perhaps I just need a good amp to push them?. So I purchased a 300 watt per channle amplifier, and WOW!!!... what a difference. These things hit good, sound is fantastic, the bass hits hard with no distortion, I can actually feel the sound now. I'm not much on high volume but I do like good sound, and these do really good for the price. I know some don't think these are that great, but I assure you, unless you get a bad set, these speakers are made for amplifiers, no cheap low watt stereo are gonna do these any justice, they are made for high wattage to get the best results... only a good amp will push these like they're intended. I upped my rating to 5 stars, they now sound so good I've forgotten all about that one little short wire I had to repair.

Pretty good, bass is great actualy depends on your stereo i guesz, i have 08 ford escape fzctory deck comes with pretty good bass to begin with may just leave it instead of buying loc and amp kit.

Suenan bastante bien para su tamaño. Tienen un buen equilibrio entre graves, medios y agudos, así que la música se escucha clara incluso a volumen medio-alto. La instalación es sencilla si ya estás acostumbrado a cambiar altavoces de coche, y se adaptan a la mayoría de modelos sin problemas. El diseño es robusto y se nota que los materiales son resistentes, así que no se deforman con el tiempo. En general, estoy contento: suenan bien, fáciles de montar y le dan un buen upgrade al sonido del coche sin gastar demasiado.

Great sound and no distortion but I have no need to crank it to see if I can blow them. I have my setting of base treble and volume and for that they are great !
