Had hip surgery and these were a lifesaver. They conform easily where ever I needed to put them, perfect for any Joint needs. Came in a set of two which is perfect. Wish they had a strap to keep them in place while I walked around, however, I will not take a star away since this was how I expected it to come. Stays cold for hours. Definitely worth the purchase

I like this because you can freeze it in the freezer or put it in the microwave it stays on my knee or it can be used on your shoulder or sit on it. It’s nice and flat when it’s frozen and it lasts a long time before it thaws out. I get a lot of relief using this and it’s very easy to use. You just put a towel in between you and the compress. it’s comfortable and it never leaks. The price was a good value. i would recommend this to those who need it for sports injuries or sore muscles for pain relief. Its flexible and bends around you body part and works well.

Works well on shoulder. Purchased for shoulder surgery. Freezes nicely but is a bit stiff at first. Once it starts thawing it fits nicely over shoulder.

My husband fell in love with this pack and it became one of my favorite products. The value for the money is very much worth it. It works very well. The size of it actually covers everything that is needed to be covered whether if it is hot or cold.It can do a small pain relief, and it is definitely Has its flexibility within this product

Update: After several times microwaving the pack, I noticed a leak. Funny thing was it never got any worse. It just was this oily substance on one of the side seams. I honestly thought I had to toss this into the garbage. However, to my surprise it never leaked ever since. My guess is it was some adhesive that might of melted. So if you have a minor leak, it just might not be a leak at all. I'm still very well happy with these. No leaks most importantly. Just be careful by not to over heat as this is one possible way pressure must escape.These gel packs stepped up the game on the matching design brace. I currently use these to reduce inflammation on my shoulder and it has been great! Thing is, having 2 was useful by always having one available through rotation. Pain relief! I've yet to heat these as I don't have a need at the moment. However, I can see these are effective given cooling has been so helpful thus far.

I ordered this to go with an arm brace. When I got it, it had a small leak. No problem it happens.The pack kept falling out the brace that was designed to fit it perfectly. As a matter of fact Amazon as well as the maker suggested this item.My arm is in too bad of shape to go back and fourth with it. I threw it out. It also didn’t come with the extras that it was supposed to in the box.I didn’t complain, I just threw it out to avoid trying to drive to return. Still in pain as we speak.

This is a fairly large piece which means it should cover the biggest and beefiest of shoulders when being used. The design is ingenious because if you have ever had to put an icepack on your shoulder you know the two biggest problems are covering the area you want covered and having it sit in a way that it stays where you want it. The ice liquid inside is fairly thick and generous (good) and it is soft, pliable and comfortable against skin. It will get VERY cold and stay cold for longer than most first aid ice packs so be aware of that when using.I would recommend.

These are nice quality, can be reused. They conform to any area like shoulder or knee nicely. It's soft gel which is far more comfortable than ice! The fabric is soft as well. I'd recommend. It was nice to have on hand for an injury or first aid.
