Will this fit above the steel work bench in 6x4 greenhouse?

I don't see why not. It fits across a section, and the sections are usually 2ft wide. If the sections in the 6 x 4 greenhouse are also 2ft wide, then it will fit fine.

Will these shelves fit an Elite Greenhouse?

It’s fit to PALRAM greenhouse. Can’t guarantee any compliance to other greenhouses.

will this fit into the resin sunhouse frame?

If the sun house has the same supports as the greenhouse it probably would. The greenhouse has tracks within the supports that are used for shelving or for winter insulation. Call palram direct and ask. They are very helpful.
