MEMORY FOAM Set Of 2 Pillows Great Value

I am appalled with this product as it is in direct contravention of The Trades Description Act. I intend to take this matter further since I feel that I have been robbed. The description leads you to believe that these pillows are made from memory foam…they are not! They are filled with CHUNKS of foam that separate leaving the pillows with gaping holes. They are not fit for purpose and it is frankly a disgrace that these are allowed to be sold through a company such as Amazon. I will be writing to Amazon’s Chief Executive and intend to put my payment into dispute with my bank. DO NOT BUY!!!!

They come rolled up extremely tightly in a teeny tiny box. When I took them out of their ridiculous packaging I thought that they would unravel on their own and plump up. THEY DID NOT. After 72 hours they were still rolled up to some description, so I gently pulled on side apart. To my horror I heard a horrible ripping noise and the 'memory foam' parted larger than the when Moses parted the Red Sea. I was left with a pillow case full of two hard, lumpy separate pieces of 'memory foam'. It has been a week since they have been delivered and they resemble pancakes, albeit lumpy and hard. Absolutely awful product!!!!!!

Very unconfortable....full off gap inside, after 2 hours , i have all ready pain in my neck... better you sleep in one stone pillow... the picture is not like the product you will buy....the pillows will come in your house roll like a kebab...if you want send back this s***t , and you open it, they will charge you the 15% of the price for the restocking.... so you have to pay anyway....they give you s***t , and you have to pay, you lost time for go in the post office, because they sell you s***t , and you have to pay...

Not what I was expecting the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable the product description did not say it was hollow fibre filled I was expecting memory foam which is smooth and comfortable not a lumpy excuse of a memory foam pillow

These pillows arrived hard and flat, I reached out to both the seller and manufacturer and neither responded. I then requested a refund and neither responded. It was only after Amazon intervened that I was offered a refund. By this time I had decided to turn these two pillows into dog beds. these are in no way shape or form “luxury pillows” I would advise spending a bit more money and buying from elsewhere.

I though these were just what I needed for my neck. I was wrong, yes i bought them a while ago but these "memory foam pillows" are full of the off cuts from memory foam but not as they should be in one piece. i had not noticed the bits before, its as if the foam fell apart the other pillow is so inflated and hard it cannot be used. For the last year or more i have been waking up with a bad headache, sometimes so bad that i have had to cancel plans and crawl back into bed, but even then it is still there, i do not know if it is the pillows or not yet. I am going to get some new pillows and see how i get on.

I found the pillows to be really good value for money. There very well made and surprisingly heavy. Some have complained about them being lumpy but mine were fine and very supportive. They don't have any smell off them either, another complaint some customers have had. My only complaint is there's no washing instructions on the labels. Other than that, and them not being true memory foam, (which I'm sure is a trade mark) and you'd pay a fortune for, there great value for money.

Hate them. Most memory foam pillows hold their shape. These don't. Too bulky and very uncomfortable are soon for the bin.
