Very nice!
I had a lot of fun making this dress! I didn’t quite follow it to a T but i did more or less :) This was the first dress i’ve ever made, it was a bit confusing at first but i got the hang of it! it’s easy enough to understand. The only thing i wasn’t so happy about was that the paper patterns are so so thin! it’s a bit hard not to rip them!

Brilliant pattern
One thing to remember about this pattern. It's not the correct size. I'm a UK 18 and I had to cut the pattern as a 22. The neck can be a bit confusing but after a bit of tooing and froing I managed it. It's an easy pattern and very flattering. I've made 3 dresses with this pattern now.

A flattering Dress Pattern
Purchased a dress similar to this in main outlet shop and was amazed at the fit, used to sew so purchased this pattern because of the style. So far haven't got round finding time to use it but come the winter months hope to do some dress making again. I was amazed at the prices of dress patterns, cannot understand why they are now so expensive tends to put people off retaining these skills, luckily have kept all my dress patterns over the years - must be worth a fortune :-)

Perfect pattern makes up beautifully.
The pattern is perfect, easy to use with clear instructions. The pattern itself however, when it arrived the envelope was sellotaped shut and inside it was missing the patterns for all sizes up to and including size 12. Luckily I am bespoke trained and have been able to size down the 14 to get the size 12 I wanted. This seller obviously sent it out from being a return without realising that the smaller size pattern pieces had been removed.

Como todos los patrones de Butterick, es un patrón precioso, no es para principiantes, aunque no es excesivamente complicado. Muy recomendable. Las instrucciones están en inglés, pero no son difíciles de seguir.
