Well made, soft memory foam against your neck for comfort and a stiffer memory foam on the sides and bottom for support. The seller responses quickly to my questions and was very supportive. However, I was looking for a pillow I can sleep with all night, while this was meant to only be used 10 mins a day.

I desperately needed neck support for when I sleep - I was waking up with severe neck/head pain that was worsening and becoming nightly. Ordered this - and I can say it DEFINITELY resolved the problem. However - the sides (left & right of the neck support area) actually HURTS the sides of my head - a few inches behind my ears. I think if it was just a few inches longer - it would help. I'm just an average sized person - but I had my spouse try it, and he said the same thing: Gives great neck support but hurts the sides of his head. I believe it's due to the way it's constructed - there's a deep "ridge" where the sides meet the neck support part. It's not a smooth transition - it's 3 separate foam parts put together (?).. not sure because it's in it's own sleeve that I'm not able to open to see how it's constructed. The cover does unzip and is removable for washing, which is great!

It's well made, and very soft. The width is good, the fabric is hoid, but it just isn't thick enough to offer enough support for my neck as I have a large head. The company was great and refunded my money, no problem. Hope they make a larger one in the future.

The only positive about this product is that it is made of a soft material.
