Pathetic product. I connected it to my Honda Odyssey 2018 elite, and the dashbaord just blanks when I select carplay. Support is even worse. The support page has a bug, when I tried to submit my query, it is asking for entering and @ in the order number field ...............The support number is a whatsapp number, which does not take any messages.REally bad product.Update 3/29/2023: Finally got a hold of their email Support. Mind you there is no phone support. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a week now. I get one email response every day. You give them the response on what they want and they take a full 24hr to respond. Asked me to update, reset..nothing worked. The latest email asked me to send them log files from the adaptor. And also this is one of their takes on the response:"And our engineers hope you can provide the software information of your car headunit, our engineers may need to buy a head exactly like yours for debugging."What the ****

I have been using this device in my 2023 Volvo SC 60 and it has been a plug and play joy to use. Controls are more intuitive if you're accustomed to the Android world, but it works just great with my iPhone.

Collaboration is way off, not even close to usable. Doesnt recognize the side panel. It's un usableUpdate::: Customer service was fantastic. Had to do an update, wasn't too hard at all.

Regrese el producto el 26 del pasado mes de abril ,supuestamente emitieron el reembolso el día 2 de mayo y hasta hoy día 8 no acaban de regresarme el dineroYo regrese otro producto el mismo día y a los dos días siguientes ya tenia el reembolso.Creo que ea abusivo y una falta de respeto tener que esperar tanto tiempo además de que el producto no funcionó tal como lo describen y por cierto bastante caro .

Constant wifi issues, slow and sometimes unresponsive, need to plug It in and out multiple times before it decides to work.Can't change time format to 12hr mode stuck on military time! Not a good long term solution for long drives, you're better off just plugging in your phone directly into the carplay port and only use this if you want to watch tv but there are better options like back seat 4k monitors that does so much more than this crap! If anyone knows the best box please let me know because I'm tired of messing around with chicken crap!

Bought this for my 2017 elantra. This works amazingly! It take about a minute to boot up and boots into my android auto wirelessly. The bonus is being able to watch Netflix and YouTube using my phones hotspot!
