Jancy Slugger 10207W 1 Quart Water Soluable Cutting Fluid

I bought this at the same time I purchased a mag drill and im very happy that I can get multiple gallons out of this one quart. Worked great it's not messy like some cutting fluids I will purchase again when or if I run out.

You have to cut with water,

Using this lubricant on a small milling machine with hand operated oiler. Does not smoke like cutting oil but still vaporizes a lot and smells. bottle says don't breathe in fumes so apparently you have to do the flood to prevent it from vaporizing. 1 to 8 mix ratio with water, this quart makes 2 gallons of cutting fluid. In this ratio I've seen no corrosion on steel parts or tools even when left wet with the coolant.

This is a really nice cutting fluid and in the quart size, really lasts a long time in spray bottles and drippers. I don't use it in my central cooling system; I prefer other coolants for that, but this is excellent for the drill press or saw that doesn't have built-in cooling. Excellent for the price.
