It does speak in stones and pounds
Great scales for mum who couldn't read the old ones. Was a bit reticent to buy as some reviews said it didn't speak "stones and pounds" only kg or lbs Despite the manual also stating this, my unit DOES speak "stones and pounds" E.g. It says "you weigh 13 stone and 5.4 pounds" Only minor gripe is the volume could be a bit louder.

Compact and easy to read, we have it in stones & pounds and the talking is a bit unclear, other settings are better.

Love Them. Great For those with Sight Problems.
These are a life changer as I’m partially sighted and never can read scales however big. I live alone so the clear voice shouting my weight isn’t a problem. I actually am trying to gain weight however my friend refuses to try as she is trying to lose it.

its only in kilo
the product is good but it is only in kilos .My husband is blind and thought it would say his weight in stones and lbs so very disappointed .A good product if you are young enough to work it out .

Works for wobblers.
Aidapt Talking Scale. I've tried 2 scales before this, but this one did the job. I'm 87, disabled, and tend to wobble when I stand on a scale. Most scales just get bored and switch off after a while. This one stays on quite a long time. I hold on very gently to a chest high shelving unit right in front of me for balance. The readings are usually within a pound of each other, due to my wobbles. I do three, and take an average. The result remains on the scale long enough for me to totter off and read it. The speaking bit is quite quiet, and hard for me to hear, but I'm a musician with a lifetime of loud noises round me , and am now paying the price. Not a perfect scale, but a hell of a lot better than the others I've tried.

Accurate & easy to use, simple to understand
Works great for my elderly mum who is hard of hearing and has sight issues, it comes in stone and pounds or kg but just a simple press of a black button on the back of the scales. Would definitely recommend
