Though this is unnecessary device and is mandate from the company to have it in order to use their equipments and complete their ecosystem..the only thing I liked about is siren which is loud enough and can be used wirelessly

Works excellent. Easy to configure and connect TAPO devices. I connected a door alamr and motion sensor in less than a minute. Automation and alamr options are easy to use. Thumps up!

It's almost the size of a small wall adapter and has a very clean look to it.You just plug it into any outlet and forget about it.Feels well built and the integration with other tapo products is great.Very easy to setup. I am using this with a tapo c320ws camera as well as a s220 smart switch and an L530B smart bulb to automate outdoor lighting. It works great.Has plenty of automation options.You can utilise it's ringtones with automations to make sounds to notify you of events, if person detected in camera etc.Works like a charm.I am waiting for these products to become more affordable.

What surprised me most is that the door sensor and the hub have excellent range. The hub in the ground floor was able to connect the door sensor on the 2nd floor terrace door. Response time for alerts is good. Alarm also working fine. So far so good.

It's working on home assistant.. good for home automation

I have tapo contact sensor and temperature sensor linked with this hub, both of them are kept at two different corners of the house while this hub kept in a different room, it still works like charm.

The media could not be loaded. You have to buy it anyway if you want to use other products for tapo, but it's a good product, connectivity good, wired or wireless, expensive though, very small

Tapo company Waste my money and timeThis hub not supporting my tapo smart camera and tapo smart plug,etc…Then why selling this worst product ?Very bad serviceI call costomer service they said not return this item
