Festool 561551 TS 55 R Plunge Saw with Elektonik, Blue/White

The Saw is exactly what I wanted and does what you expect. The only gripe is that it came with a European plug, for this price I would expect a UK 3 pin mains plug to be included when selling into the UK market. Perhaps it was because it came from Germany, I did not spot this until I had hit buy now, but even so, that is no excuse really. Just very very irritating.

Fantastic piece of kit. With the guide rails it is awesome. Why did I not get one years ago?!!

I bought this to finish installing my new Kitchen and also for cutting doors to size as I am renovating an old house. I love how you just line up the rails to the line you want to cut, just adjust the depth of cut to suit and position the saw on the rails and you have a nice straight cut!The Festool is a nice quality tool, I havent tried any other brand of plunge tool, but the pros always recommend Festool so I thought since I had a lot of cutting to do I would pay a little extra for Festool rather than the usual Dewalt/Makita etc.I have only used it on the kitchen kickboards so far, next is the doors, but so far cant fault it.

Festool TS 55 quality circular saw give me accurate clean cuts time and time again on plywood and other wood types. Should have ordered a male to female hover attachement for dust extraction.The only grind is the TS 55 does not lock on to it FS 1400/2 Guide rail (to stop it from flipping) like the Festool HK Circular saw (HKC 55, HK 55, HK 85) does with its Festool FSK 250 Cross Cutting Guide Rail.The guide rails of the other German Circular saw Mafell MKS 185 has a much better thought out and slimmer Guide Rail F110 design.

Soy “fan” de las herramientas Bosch profesionales y a la hora de comprar una sierra de inmersión el modelo de Bosch era mi primera opción. Pero pensé en mirar otros modelos de marcas distintas, Makita, vitutex y buscando de foro en foro acabé por llegar hasta Festool, la ponían como en un nivel superior al resto.Aun así seguía siendo Bosch mi primera opción, por precio, y porque ya tenía una guía Bosch y herramientas de la gama profesional que son muy buenas.Pero apareció una oferta en Amazon que me decanto al final por Festool, y tengo que decir, que sin desmerecer al modelo de Bosch, el de Festool es muy bueno, no puedo indicar si es o no muy superior ya que solo dispongo de la sierra de inmersión Festool, pero esta es muy buena. Los cortes son muy precisos, la máquina se ve bien construida y con materiales de calidad, el cable se puede desconectar cosa que agradezco ya que en caso de rotura con comprar uno nuevo está solucionado y no tendría que desmontar la máquina para cambiarlo como en otros modelos. Tiene un motor potente y muchos accesorios disponibles.El único pero es el precio.Por lo demás es una gran máquinaImprescindible comprar al menos una guía

La precisione di questa sega ad immersione è a dir poco entusiasmante. Dopo aver provato la diretta concorrenza posso dire che la qualità è nettamente superiore.

Es cómoda práctica y viene con caja preparada para su transporte. Cumple con las expectativas que marca la marca. Se ha vuelto una herramienta imprescindible para los trabajadores. Junto con las guías, es eficaz.

Ich habe mir die TS 55 als mein erstes Festool- Produkt in Kombination mit Führungsschienen und Zwingen zugelegt. Zunächst war ich skeptisch ob sie denn den hohen Anschaffungspreis wert sei. (Als junger Hobbyanwender muss ich leider sehr auf mein Budget achten) Verpackung im Systainer war zu diesem Zeitpunkt neu für mich und hat mich sehr positiv überrascht, bisher nur die typischen Bosch Grün oder Blau bzw Metabo Kunststoffkoffer gekannt, keiner passt zum anderen, man kann sie nicht richtig transportieren etc. Von daher mein erster Eindruck --> sehr schönMit passenden Panther Sägeblatt fürs besäumen der 30-50mm starken Bretter für heimischen Möbelbau, einem Feinzahnsägeblatt für spätere präzise Schnitte und schon ist man gut ausgestattet.Bisher hat die Säge bei mir vors Blatt bekommen:Laminat, Parkett, Holzdecken sowie Vynilboden.( letzteres mit Spezialsägeblatt TF 52). Im Bereich Innenausbau diverses Plattenmaterial wie z.B. Holzfaserdämmung, OSB und NF. Für einige Möbelbauprojekte sowie Deko- Arbeiten habe ich Douglasien - Bohlen der stärke 45mm verarbeitet. Egal ob Längs oder Quer mit dem richtigen Sägeblatt und Schiene ergibt sich ein ausrissfreier, extrem feiner und vor allem gerader Schnitt.Nun ja das ist keine wirkliche Herausforderung, aber die Präzision die man dank 2700mm Führungsschiene erreicht um die 2,5m langen Bohlen im Längsschnitt zurechtzuschneiden ist für einen Hobbyanwender der vorher mit Wolfcraft Handkreissäge und Alu-Latte auskommen musste, erstaunlich.Nach dieser ersten Eingewöhung folgte ein Projekt dem nächsten und man möchte sie nicht mehr hergeben. Vergleichsweise leise, durchzugsstark und sicher dank Bremssystem ist es eine Freude mit ihr zu Arbeiten. Im Verlauf des letzten halben Jahres, seitdem ich im Besitz dieser Säge bin, habe ich mir einiges an Festool- Produkten zugelegt. So z.B. den MFT 3 und ein CTL 26 AC. "Das ganze System bringt mehr nutzen als die Summe seiner Teile. " hätte Aristoteles wohl gesagt wenn er Festool gekannt hätte.Klare Kaufempfehlung auch an alle Hobbyanwender die eine ausgezeichnete Säge und Anbindung an ein tolles System suchen, dass auf jeden Fall die nächsten Jahre (evtl. Jahrzehnte) Spaß beim Arbeiten macht und kaum Kritik zulässt.
