Triple Paste Multi-Purpose has been a total lifesaver in our home. It works fast, creates a strong protective barrier, and noticeably helps calm irritated skin. I thought my journey with Tretinoin was coming to an end. I could not figure out what to use to help with the retinization. This product is absolutely amazing. I use it on the sensitive areas of my face and am able to use Tret every night. I ordered five more immediately. So excited! Please don’t stop selling this.

This is the only brand I will buy from here on out for any rashes for my child. My baby had an intense drool + heat rash under her neck rolls, and this completely cleared it up over 48hrs. It applies very easily and isn’t greasy. Goes on white and then gets clear when rubbed in. I also have the other diaper rash creams for her bum and they work just as well! But this I use mainly for any face rashes and it’s done the trick everytime!

This diaper cream is a great consistency it goes on smooth and not thick like other creams with zinc oxide. My only complaint is the actual packaging. The first day the top of the diaper cream split open and now every time I go to use it the cream comes out both sides of the bottle.... Expensive for a little bottle and then having it being wasted. I went to report it to amazon, but then have to ship back this one that I am using... seems like a lot of work to have to go through the hassle of returning it and then not having the cream to use.

The product itself is great. I have used it on both of my grandchildren and have given a tube of it to their parents. It dries up diaper rash instantly. However, the delivery person delivered my last tube to the wrong address….again. Delivery instructions says single home. But it was delivered to a condo unit mail room.

I’m already a big fan of the original triple paste, as it was the only diaper rash cream to work on my newborn with ultra sensitive skin (and we tried a lot of different ones), but this one is great to carry around in the diaper bag and apply not only to diaper areas but also on the face, drool rashes, and in between the neck and armpit folds if there’s redness starting there that isn’t yeast-related. It works and doesn’t leave a white cast, and dries clear and applies smoothly. I have like 4 tubes laying around for the house, diaper bag, car, etc. Highly recommend this if you have a baby.
