Will this work for boat shoes?

I would think it would work as long as you have room to insert the punch thru the lacing hole and pull it back thru.

Can you relace the fingers of a 13” inch mizuno softball golve with this much lace?

It depends on the wrapping of the lace. I laced 3/4 of a whole catchers mitt with one package, this included double wrap on the pocket. It should be plenty of lace if you are just stitching together the fingers.

How long is the needle?

The needle is 5” with an overall tool length of 8” to the handle

Will the tool also work for football laces, or is it too small of a hole, thanks

I don’t see why this wouldn’t work. Seems a bit excessive but never the less it’ll get the job done.
