Found one bottle has lasted over 5 weeks and still going. Feel as clean with any standard soap or shower gel and it does seem less drying but nothing miraculous. A scientific paper in 2006 suggests that average natural skin pH is less than 5, not 5.5. You can read the abstract here: [...]. It is interesting to note that our heavily chlorinated water is far more alkaline than our skin and using it to wash or bathe has an effect lasting up to 6 hours. So buying a wash of pH5.5 is going to help a little but not much if you are bathing in standard tap water. The chemical make up of the wash is probably more important in it not irritating skin but I think people with chronic issues that nothing seems to work on really need to understand that tap water can be the cause. There is certainly evidence of over-chlorination causing severe eruptions in skin conditions - especially in infants.

Sebamed body wash is a real good product used by my son having atopic eczema. When I checked and found it finished, I ordered it in Amazon and received it within a day. Thanks Amazon

It’s very very very, very good

I used to use this many years ago and then the high street retailer that I used to buy it from stopped selling it. This is an effective cleanser but gentle at the same time. I can use this both on the face and body and am really pleased that I have found it on Amazon - please don't stop selling it.

I’m so impressed with the efficacy of this product! I’ve developed these eczema types patches on my arms that would get aggravated after shower and for a long time, I suspected it was the body wash I was using. Through research, I learned about how most body washes have a very high pH causing skin issues. I decided to test this out and it didn’t disappoint even though I already had high expectations based on great reviews. I saw some reviews claimed it didn’t smell very good. I don’t think it’s repulsive or anything. I also didn’t exactly expect it to smell like Jo Malone. It’s a light, pleasant smell that pretty much goes away shortly after drying off. Pros: -it lathers up well and I feel clean after shower but my skin doesn’t feel tight - unlike other body washes, it doesn’t foam too much which would bother me because the soap scum from body washes would take forever to go down the drain and drive me crazy. Sebamed is drain friendly which is a huge plus! Cons: - it’s a bit pricey but to me it’s worth it since those patches are much less irritated

Great for dry skin

One of those underrated products that really does the job. Finding a cleanser that does strip me of my damn life and break me out is near impossible. This cleanser really makes you feel clean and is so gentle on your face & body which is so important. It’s affordable and a little does go a long way.

I grew up using Sebamed products and they always work .. I wish there was a quicker way to purchase them …. it took a while to arrive . It worth to wait :)
