Tonal quality and long life

Fantastic set of strings. I use Elixir strings on all my acoustic and electric guitars and have found them to be the best overall string on the market in terms of quality, sound and longevity (IMHO of course). Try a set; you’ll not be disappointed.

These are excellent strings, and I have used them on both my Taylor and my Takamine over the last few years. Great sound that lasts for many months of regular playing. Magnificent product.

Been usuing Elxir strings for over 5 years now, used to love 'roto sound'. I believe you can't get better for long lasting tone and brightness.I would normally change my strings at least once every 3 months (on 3 acoustics including a 12 string - used to get expensive!), but I have actually left a set of these elixir strings on for a whole year and they still sound pretty fresh. No rust or dirt. They are great.They are not unbreakable, but last longer tone and brightness wise - never looked back - highly recommend.

Strings feel like new for an extremely long time. I don't play my 12 string very often so its nice when I do that the strings aren't rusted to pieces.

Been using elixir strings since they were first trailed before widespread release, elixir are the only strings worth buying for me. I use top set on one guitar, bottom set on another, Nashville style so prefer the warmer sound of polyweb for this use as the top set can sound too bright with the Nanos.

I only just discovered the joys of coated strings in the last year or so. On a bad day I can destroy a set of new bronze strings in an afternoon. Nothing technical, it's just my body chemistry reacting with the metals and I can deaden strings in no time.These last forever...

These strings are amazing. No others words for it. Last months longer than any others, and maintain tone for a long time.
