Decided that my spectacles needed a deep clean - lens wipes are good but the don't clean out accumulated grime around the edge of the lens and the frame.The package arrived as promised, I opened it, had a quick read id=f the instructions. filled the bath with water, put the specs in and set timer for 3 minutes. At the end of the cycle, I could see that the water was hazy. Removed, the specs, dried them and boy - were they clean.Next in was a steel Bioflow bracelet that I've been wearing for 10 years. This time a 10 minute cycle and again, the state of the water told me that a lot of grime had been removed from within the links of the bracelet.The machine is now in the cupboard but for the price, if it only comes out twice a year it's great value for money

The media could not be loaded. This is cheap and easy way to clean jewellery, cutlery and spectacles. You put your items in the basket, fill with water and a little dish soqp and and press the set button and on. It can take a few goes to give a proper clean but can tell the difference from before using the machine.The is easy to clean the machine as no residue is left and just need to tip the water in the sink and leave to dry.It is nice and compact and does not take up much space but also will not hold cutlery laying flat. So do need to go multiple times with cutlery to be able to clean the whole utensil.It is a little on the noisy side as you can hear in the video, like a mid level droning sound.Have had no issue and after a few months it is still working as it should.Only thing to be aware of is that you cant let things touch the bottom so have to fit in the basket, which can be difficult with eating as they easily slip through and also cannot use with pearls.

My sister told me about this little machine and I am so glad she did. I wear a lot of silver jewellery, which tarnishes quite quickly, so does need regular cleaning. It ‘s not a job I look forward to as I always end up with very dirty hands! However, this little machine does all the dirty work for you. It is just so easy to use and leaves the silver looking new. No dirty hands, just empty the dirty water from the machine and that’s it. I wish I had bought this sooner.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Price and I kept taking my rings to the jewellers.

Worked great for a couple of months then suddenly stopped working. Would start smoking and making random vibrating noises even when it was not turned on. Returned for a refund.

Cleans well and the controls are easy to use; but the key design flaw is having to unplug the whole unit just to tip out the water after each use. It's quite inconvenient that way - have returned the unit on this basis

Would have given this 5* for how well it works.. but it works a bit too well at cleaning jewellery. Lost a teeny diamond (found it in the tray) from an old ring I cleaned. My engagement ring came up a good as when I took it to the jewellers to be done so already paid for it’s self. Glasses obvs more dirty than I thought!Will use the it to clean most stoned jewellery just not the old pieces…
