Their support is a joke. They give you a list of steps to do and if that doesn’t fix it they ask for some more info. That’s as far as it goes. They don’t communicate past the first message. Looks like I’ll be looking for another company that works with HomeKit and dump all the Meross products I have. Review: Awful - These are just terrible. They were a nightmare to setup initially, and once setup, the lose connection all the time and have to setup again. Miserable experience.

Buying these was a big mistake (but I learned a lot about smart bulbs)
I have Apple HomeKit with several HomePods and other assorted Apple toys. I decided to take the plunge into smart bulbs and have some fun with the lighting in my office at work. I bought a pack of four of these bulbs and a floor lamp that took three E26 bulbs. The bulbs arrived in perfect condition and pairing with the Home app was super easy. But, here is what I did not know: **you can not use smart bulbs with a lamp with a dimmer switch, even if the bulbs are marketed as dimmable.** If you put smart bulbs (of any brand) into a lamp with a dimmer, they flicker rapidly in an unceasing, potentially seizure-inducing way that is similar to a strobe light. There is no way to fix the problem without either rewiring the lamp or buying a new one, so my dreams of turning my office into Studio 54 After Dark were dashed. I took the bulbs home and put them in the ceiling fan above my bed. It was fabulous, because now I could read in bed and then tell Siri to turn off the lights without leaving my warm, comfy nest. That first night was fabulous. The second night, a bulb burned out after being on for about 20 minutes. On the fourth night, one bulb would not turn on, and another died about an hour later. The lone surviving 4th bulb still works, but I removed it when I replaced the other bulbs. I don't know if it's worth even trying it in another lamp given that the outlook for its long term survival is poor. So, I spent $45 for four lightbulbs; I paid more than $1 per hour of lighting. I bought these bulbs because I thought they cost much less than Hues, but they ended up being a lot more expensive. I will never buy this brand of smart bulbs again. P.S. I did quite a bit of reading about smart bulbs after I ran into the flickering problem with these. Here is what I wish I had known before I bought my first smart bulbs (I hope this info is useful to someone in the future): It is possible to use smart bulbs with various specially designed dimmer switches, although there is really no reason to go to the trouble and expense of installing them, since you can tell Siri/Alexa/Google to dim the lights or use the app to do so without a dimmer switch. You can also use smart bulbs in virtually any lamp or other lighting fixture as long as it doesn't have a dimmer switch. It's not possible to search specifically for lamps without dimmer switches on Amazon and your options are somewhat limited, but you can find compatible lamps pretty easily. Good luck!

Unreliable and Poorly Made
These lightbulbs are poorly made and do not stay connected to your wifi. For instance, I have multiple of these in my dome lamp and half are connected; however, half are non-responsive. I also have one on my desk and it is connected; therefore, I know it’s not my wifi or the app, but the bulbs that are the issue. They take a long time to set up and are not reliable sadly.
