does the dye in the polypropylene 'run' as I am considering using them for drying and storing sheep's wool?

Not as far as I am aware; I use the bags to store a dry logs and I haven't noticed any transfer of dye.

Could these hold apples? They aye not sharp or spikey so shouldn't rip them as easily?
