I got the biggest size 3X And I only wear a 1X and this one is very tight

My height is 5'8 and I weigh 259 pounds. I've bought amd tried 5 different brands of waist trainers and had to return them all because the sizing chart was off which made me buy to small or to big. This sizing chart is pretty accurate. My waist trainer in the picture is 3x. I where a size 20-22 in jean bottoms. I get 2x-3x in shirts etc. Boy ... when I tell you to take your time putting this on, it is snug but at the same time still comfortable to put on. My belly is a little on the big side ,but as you can see, it snatches.I love the hooks, you can adjust to the fit that you need. It has 3 hooks. And the Zip it and voila. I also like the fact that I can put the straps wherever I need a lil extra coverage. My stomach hangs a little ( second child destroyed my belly) so I put the straps there and it feels fine.

I just got my 2nd one. The 1st one I ordered was a medium. It said order true to size. So I did. It was to small. I’m 5” 160lbs so I returned the medium n ordered an extra large. I struggled gettin it on at 1st. But I no the 1st week or so will be like that which is fine. I was able to get it on with the help of my husband.It’s pretty comfortable. Definitely is workin on fixing my posture lol. I can’t bend to well. But it’s nice. I’m standing up straight my back is straight. N it dosnt feel like to much of a struggle to stay straight Up. As far as losing any inches I just got it so we will see how that goes. Other then that I’m really glad I got this thing 💜

I LOVED that this belt covered my entire abdomen. I have about 4 of these ( different brands) after having surgery. They either bulge out at the top or some of my stomach is left out below. This is the perfect fit.. I literally got it an hour ago so I can’t comment on any wear and tear. It I was so happy with the coverage. It’s comfortable enough, it does not have a lot of stretch tho.

I went with my normal size (Large) based on reviews saying it was true to size. It's a bit tight but I can make it work. The zipper was difficult. I had to zip it up first and then pull it up over my legs. Great coverage, though. Just what I wanted. But I wish I would have sized up one size.

Wish it was longer

I’m 165 pounds and I ordered large.It’s too big. Will definitely order a medium.Love to work out with the waist trainer.
