More! More! More!
Haven't seen "The Equaliser" series since it was first broadcast. Forces TV are currently showing the series every weekday night and it has brought back many enjoyable memories. Two episodes of this series has made a terrific feature length film. I wish they had done the same for Starsky and Hutch. What a joke that turned out to beEdward Woodward is a man who always carries himself well. He projects a great air of dignity which made him perfect for this role. The series did take it's toll on him though.Telly Savalas was incredible, but I had trouble with his character, as I was so used to wise cracking Kojak; which is being shown on ITV at the moment too.As for the moral values: long may they reign, as they never date.

Bit of a Let-Down
I thought that this was another movie, other than the four seasons originally created. Bit of a downer when I found that it was just two episodes from season 4 on one disk.Nobodies fault directly; just a bit of a let-down.

...Call the Equalizer"The Equalizer: Blood And Wine (1987) Universal/Fabulous Films DVDEDWARD WOODWARD/TELLY SAVALAS/TOM ATKINSRobert McCall (Edward Woodward) is forced to work with former terrorist by the name of Joseph Hayden (Telly Savalas), who he despises and mistrusts, on a deadly mission in New York.Woodward was perfectly cast as McCall who was a great actor and showed authority and proved he could act with the best of them and when called upon was very menacing and unruly and his only objective was giving justice to those who were innocent. Picture and audio are excellent, Hopefully Fabulous films will release "Memories Of Manon", "Mission: McCall" and "The Mystery Of Manon" in feature form on dvd.Original Aspect Ratio (4:3)Running Time: 93 MinsAudio: English Only No SubtitlesExtras: None
