I got this along with some other filaments for a project. While it wasn't a perfect fit the bronze color is such a beautiful filament. They all print great and the gold and silver are fine the bronze is just plain gorgeous.

Beautiful set of metallic like filament. I bought it mainly for the copper/orange color but loce the others as well. The "bronze" looks more green than bronze but they all work very well using PLA silk settings on your printer. Everything was nice and smooth with no issues of stringing or tangles while printing.

This filament really does produce some nice results, but it can be tricky to get the entire print to have that shiny surface. If you just use it like any other PLA filament, you'll find that the edges of your print are that nice shiny metallic look, but the base and top layer may be dull (and quite frankly, ugly. These colors look horrible without the shine). Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to polish or restore that shine. I tried sanding, heat, vapor, polyurethane, etc. Once it's got that dull look, there doesn't seem to be a recovery. I'll keep trying and update if I find a method, but it's not looking promising.The best solution is to make sure that your shiny surfaces are not parallel to the bed. This stuff is outstanding for vases, busts, figurines, etc. or any other print that you can orient properly. Don't try to print a box and expect the top and bottom surfaces to look as shiny as the sides.I was able to (somewhat) get around the bottom layer problems by using a raft and taking down any over extrusion as low as possible. You'll end up with lines, but they'll be shiny ones :) The top layer is a bit trickier, but the same principle applies. Try to avoid surfaces that are perpendicular to the head. You'll actually get better results with angled top and bottom faces. The tricks that you may have used to make your usual PLA prints smooth and shiny work against you with this filament.This stuff does NOT sand or polish worth beans. Supports need to be on hidden surfaces because you're going to be stuck with any dimples.This filament is stiff and does bind on the spool slightly. Make sure that you have a guide to keep the filament drawing straight off the spool or you may end up with jams. (that clicking of untangling filament means that I'm looking at my printer every 30 seconds, so you may want to leave the room if you're the nervous type :)Note that these are .5 Kg spools. A number of people have complained about this and the price, but it's perfectly inline with other specialty filaments. It would be nice to have bigger spools that you could order (especially if you only want one of the colors), but this really isn't intended, or priced, to replace your PLA for everyday printing.

No one buys this stuff for the little 'freebies' they say they'll throw in, but just so you don't count on it--I received none. No glue stick, no tool, whatever.But what I did get was some great shiny PLA that printed well and they look great. I've tried all three and I think they look very good. Not super 'metallic' after printing, to be honest, but very nice looking.

Bought this for my son’s toy box 3d printer. This is a great filament. Cost is inexpensive for the quality of this product.

Hardest to work with PLA I've ever used. I am fully willing to admit that I MAY have gotten a bad batch. But given this was for a 4 pack of different colour standard PLA, I find that hard to beleive. I spent way too many hours attempting to tune this filament to work with my printer. Every single trick I knew as well as no small amount of research. I also attempted putting them in my drying box and then going through it all again. End results are spotty at best, and I've only been able to get a complete print from one of the four. And that's after an insane amount of nozzle clogging, extruder plugging, and poor adhesion. Sadly I used so much of it trying to get it to work, I can't return it.I'm happy so may have found this brand to be useful, but I'll stick with my Comgrow and ELEGOO
