I'm quite surprised by these comments. I have a cream rug that had a coffee stain that only this product removed. I suppose it's a case of try it & see. Thankfully my beautiful rug has been restored.

Q: Will this product remove a curry stain from my carpet

I have found it excellent on a wide range of stains but never tried on curry. It removes tomato based sauces, gravy and orange coloured sauces in takeaway meals.

Q: Will this product remove rust stain from the carpet?? tried rug doctor "spot and stain remover" wet wipes but still there are some patches

The spray is more effective than the wipes on stubborn stains, however I have never had to remove rust stains. U

Get rid of stains from carpet

This stuff really works, and is simple to use.I have bought this product previously as it is so good for getting rid of stains in carpets - mainly made by my dog who occasionally had been sick on it.Recently used it for removing food stains out of carpet caused by granddaughter which son thought wouldn’t come out.Easy to follow instructions that gives great results, highly recommended

Does what it says...

I've found this stuff really effective for spot-cleaning carpets and sofas. Have never had a problem with it bleaching the fabrics.

Stains remain.

Not impressed. Bought to try to remove stains on a multi coloured carpet made by the dog when she was poorly. Stain still there.

This product smells amazing and is super easy to use.I used it to get 6 month old dark tea stains out of carpet in less than 20 minutes. Honestly this brand has earned my loyalty and my praise

Wait at least 5minutes before cleaning.

Used this as a pre wash for the more stubborn stains on my carpet, it worked well. I always use a bit more than than the recommended treatment for peace of mind. It leaves a nice pleasant smell that doesn't last to long. Top tip you can use this as a stand alone product with a bowl, brush (firm) and a couple of rags for small spillages.
