I didn't want to buy this.. I wanted to buy a cheaper and probably an inferior product but glad I didn't. My campervan was installed with a chemical toilet instead of a composting one against my wishes so I'm working with it. I don't want to use chemicals and carry a 50kg box of pee to anywhere for any reason so I bought this powder with a bag to put over the offending chemical toilet seat. I put 20 grams into the bag as I know I output over 2 litres a day! Did a great job! Goes kinda fluffy like cotton wool. Easy to see if it's full or not. No smell, seal the bag and put in bin. Simple but for someone full time living in a van; it's wonderful!

I'm not saying that urine will now smell like morning dew, but for sure it helps a bit with the smell. The absorbing power of this powder is remarkable, waste actually becomes some sort of gel - beware of other (maybe cheaper) solutions where the poor quality of the powder makes it ineffective

I put the tiniest scoop in the portable toilet and poured 2 kettle fulls of water in it and it absorbed the lot instantly made a good solid gel I even added more water it just absorbed the lot, I then lifted out the bag tied it and binned it, no leaks no mess perfect, excellent product :)

I was really surprised that it does work I would buy it again Oh try something else with something that can hide the smell It is hard to smell, but not much, but it does work like turning liquid into solids gel

Ottimo, fa la sua funzione. Ne ho usato 1/2 bicchierino da caffè in carta ogni volta che dovevo usare il wc da tenda x la pipi ed era sufficiente. Triplica il suo volume ed anche gli odori sono sotto controllo, basta utilizzare l'apposito coperchio.

Auf unseren Campingausflügen mit dem Dachzelt nutze ich sehr gerne die Bivvy loo. Hatte sie mir aufgrund der Empfehlung einer Freundin vor drei Jahren gekauft. Zwischenzeitlich ist natürlich das anfangs mitgelieferte Granulat aufgebraucht und ich habe dieses hier nachbestellt. Von dem großen Beutel fülle ich mir immer wieder für Reisen ein wenig in eine kleine Plastikbox ab, sodass ich nicht immer den ganzen Beutel dabeihaben muss. Das Granulat ist sehr saugfähig und bindet die Flüssigkeit nach dem Toilettengang gut ab. Man benötigt nicht sehr viel, drei leicht gehäufte Teelöffel reichen meiner Meinung nach gut für einen Gang aus. Genau das, was ich haben wollte.

Perfekt für uns und viel günstiger im Großpack. Es sorgt dafür, dass durch Urin kein Geruch entsteht und es bildet sich sofort ein Gel, das kann dann mühelos im Beutel z. B. entsorgt werden.

Eine gute und preisgünstige Lösung um Autark zu sein . Bedinung erklärt sich von selbst . Natürlich braucht man dazu noch die Biologisch abbaubar Beutel .

Ein Pulver, welches Flüssigkeiten bindet, damit diese nicht beim kleinsten Loch direkt z.B. aus dem Müllsack tropfen. Vorgesehener Einsatzzweck: Camping-/Not-/Garten-Toilette. Um nicht in die vollen zu gehen haben wir natürlich zuerst mit Wasser getestet. 10g sollen 1 Liter Flüssigkeit binden. Da wir nicht vorhaben, immer eine Waage zu bemühen, haben wir mit einem Esslöffel Pulver in die Schüssel gegeben. Ein gehäufter Esslöffel wird landläufig mit 13-15g angenommen. Den ersten Liter Wasser hat das Pulver ziemlich zügig gebunden, schon interessant dabei zuzuschauen. Die resultierende Masse ist zwar nicht hart, aber immerhin so fest dass sie zerbricht und nicht mehr fließt. Einen weiteren halben Liter hat das bestehende Gemisch ebenfalls noch absorbiert. Es war zwar nicht mehr ganz so fest, aber immernoch gebunden. Ich würde also sagen, dass die Angabe schon korrekt ist. Der nächste halbe Liter hat das ganze dann in ein Gemisch in der Art von Schneematsch verwandelt. Dickflüssig, aber eben flüssig. Das war dann zu viel. Hier hätte man aber natürlich noch etwas Pulver nachgeben können, falls man den Blaseninhalt mal unterschätzt hat. Ob man jetzt empirisch versucht, seine durchschnittliche Ausscheidungsmenge zu ermitteln, oder das Pulver eher nach gut Dünken einsetzt, sei jedem selbst überlassen.. ;-) Die Warnhinweise auf der Verpackung bringen mich zum Schluß, dass man das Zeug über den Müll entsorgen muss und nicht in der Natur belassen sollte! Eine Angabe, was genau da drin ist, habe ich leider nicht gefunden..
