More popular than I'd have thought
Bought these as a gift, and was a bit disappointed when I received them as they looked tattier/cheaper than expected, but my nephew, his sister and my son (ranging from 4 to 6) all loved them. The "telescope action" of flicking them open was very popular, as was the blinking mode which was one of the things that to me contributed to the cheap look/feel of them. Clearly I'm not the right person to judge what kids that age will find most fun...

Cracking toy, excellent value.
My children could not be happier with these, so I am happy. I am surprised by the review saying they are not robust as my two thrash theirs and they are still as good as new. Brilliant and so inexpensive.So good, I'm buying more for my nephew.Oh, and very fast service as well.

Still working after 3 months
This is a basic toy that my boys got for Christmas and have played quite a lot with. They still come out every now and again and the kids have been quite rough with them so I am impressed that they are both still working. They don't do much other than extend and have a light in them that changes colour but I am pleased that I went for these as the cheap option instead of paying more for ones that had more features.

2 children 2 light sabers - perfect
I bought these for the kids for Christmas. Both work well and are still going strong. I thought it would be shortlived but they both like them. It is ideal so they can play together or one can play with a friend. Not much fun if there was only one, so glad I went for this cheaper, though work well, pair.

Avoid
One arrived with the red light not working.They are very light in weight and the sword keeps retracting when open.It wasn't wrth it to send back luckly my husband is an electronical tecnichan and opened it. It is a very but work inside, the red led was disconnected and he had to soldering all the cable inside.Right price for this item should be not more than 4 pound each, Im very disappointed waste of money.

Good for a night or two out and the little one loves them

I wouldn't say these are great value for money
I wouldn't say these are great value for money...very, very cheap looking...Personally I think the two together are worth about £6.00, I wouldn't advise someone to buy them for the full price. But I'm sure my little boy will have fun with them as the changing light colours are quite cool.

These were as ordered as a joke for an adult and one worked and the other didn't but you get what you pay for
