Q: My box came unlocked and I cannot lock it? Is it faulty?

No, look on the lighter side of the box and you will see what looks like dark marks. Now make sure the ballbearing is in the red side hole then slide them together making sure both holes line up. Now with red side uppermost and the dark marks showing away from you sharply tap the left-hand corner and the ballbearing will drop and lock both sides together. Reverse to open. Still in trouble look on U-Tube. Hope This helps.

The storage space would hold a coin or two but it is not large. It is a puzzle box first and foremost and a very clever one at that. And it’s also very attractive so don’t worry about the small storage space. Just enjoy watching people try to figure it out.

Q: How many steps to unlock it?

Two steps. 1. Tap the box to dislodge the metal ball. 2. Slide to open.
