UPDATED - so the first one we purchased did not work but the seller fixed immediately as it was under warnity still. The second came swifty and my son was very happy and went out immediately into garden to play with his new truck. Its a great truck and seems really durable and easy to steer by a 8 year old. Very happy child.

Bought it as a present for my son and to be honest, his first reaction when he saw it was pricelessHe loves monster truck toys and this one fits the description as wellSpeed wise -this is not a race car but definitely it's adding points to the fact it's having a strong pull .Big wheels is a good extra as it can jump and deal with obstacles much betterSuspension is being made actually by the large wheels rather than a spring system , to which I must say , it will not affect the quality of playing arrond .

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday but she's hardly getting a look in with me about. It's a lot of fun and reminds me of a similar monster truck that I had as a kid but nowhere near as durable as this one. I love the style of it - very American monster truck show!It is a solid and sturdy unit and the wheels are big and spongy making it perfect for jumps and bumps and crashes. My daughter, being young, finds any remote without lots of buttons and levers easier to use, and this one is perfect. Two batteries are included and the capacity on each will allow you to get a good 25 mins play time which is great.Very happy with this overall. Once the weather gets better and we get outside with it once again I will upload some pictures!

Wanted something a little more powerful that my boys first RC truck, and this looked good. And it isn't bad, the spare battery is essential if you want more than 15 mins play, and when they start to run down all major torque is lost. It's not powerful enough to ascend even marginally steep tracks at any speed, it crawls, but pushes on. The plastic roll cage is quite brittle and I've snapped a bit already, but in fairness that hasn't effected its use.Good for younger kids up to 5-6 I'd say.

This was bought while on offer in Aug for a Christmas present and sadly, it was opened and did not work.I contacted seller directly who were really quick to respond and agree to send out a new controller, arriving just two days later.Item is working and very happy child. Great customer service as they didn’t have to agree to send out a new control so I’m really pleased.

This is a great little toy for kids 4-8 sort of age. Unfortunately after a year or so it started to intermittently not work. The customer service email advisor was fantastic in resolving the issue and providing quick detailed replies.
